Peaceful Sunday - We had a late morning pickup which was great for our schedule. Julian was warm and friendly, we were provided with cold water, a beef pattie for me hit the spot as a brunch. We requested off the normal route sites so we hit the countryside. It was amazing and we had a great time. I Highly recommend !

Historical Tour - Julian did a fantastic job. I told him early on that I was looking to see the history of the island. He understood what I was looking for and delivered.

What a great experience! - Julian was amazing. We shopped, stopped at 2 local eateries, 2 beach bars, had a rum tasting, a few historic sites, and sang with Julian while riding in the car. He even came back to return a bag we had left in the car. It was an awesome day in Barbados. What a great experience!

Very nice half day tour - Julian was a great ambassador for Barbados telling us historical and present information. We saw much of the beautiful island in the time we had. Our highlight was the visit to St Nicholas Abbey which is a spectacular property where they produce rum. Would highly recommend.

Disappointed. - We booked this tour 3+ months in advance. Then find out when we arrive there are 2 holidays this week. Would have been nice to know that so we could have moved our tour around to another day. Nothing was open. No shopping. No eating. A lot of money for 1 event

Disappointing - We had 2 specific items we wanted to see, the synagogue and Harrison’s Cave. I sent 3M tours a message several weeks before our tour asking about our tour and ideas for the 3rd stop. The response I got was “Don't worry the entrance reservations or bookings for the activities. We will sort it out and you'll can pay by cash or card”. We were scheduled to be picked up at 9:00am. At 8:15 the morning of the tour I received an email saying we were being picked up at 10:00am. We went down to the hotel lobby at 9:45 and our driver, an independent tour guide hired by 3M, had been waiting for us since 9:30. He took us to Harrison’s cave only to learn that as a walk-in we would have a 2-hour wait which we were not willing to do. 3M tours should have informed us that we would need a reservation. 3M then would have let us know what time they could get us there. Waiting to the day of, as instructed, prevented us from seeing the cave. Our tour guide, Pierre, was great. His car was clean and comfortable and he was very knowledgeable as he drove us around the island. We did enjoy the synagogue and Pierre recommended a rum tasting and tour that was fun. Instead of a 3rd site, we basically drove around Bridgetown and Pierre pointed things out. 3M was essentially a tour broker for us and did not do anything to arrange our day for us.

Great if the driver ever shows up - Had such great expectations for this tour. And while the tour was great the driver showed ap and hour and a half late. Ruining all plan we had on our last day of vacation

Julian doesn't care. 5-star service is history. AVOID - Julian obviously doesn't care anymore. He is relying on the old 5-star reviews and ignoring the current customers. This was not what was advertised. I thought the 1-star review I saw from 2 months ago was an anomaly but it is a sign of the current service. We paid for a private tour to pick 3 activities and have a car with snacks and alcoholic drinks. He never contacted us before the day- I called him the night before just to make sure it was still happening. No planning occurred. We walked out of the ship terminal and he spent less than a minute with us. He walked us to a car and said "this is my driver he will take you around." We got in an old Toyota with the engine warning light on. It stopped running multiple times but thankfully the man got it going again. There were two bottles of water, no alcoholic drinks or snacks. That was the least of the problems. He didn't go over the choice of attractions to see. Julian had told him to drive us around and make sure we get to the airport 4 hours later at 1 pm. He drove around town, pointing out grocery stores, schools, police stations. We literally went around a circle in the town and got back to the port (I could see the ships)! At this point I said can we go to the caves or something more interesting, he said we don't have time. I said at least lets see something pretty like a beach. He drove down one road and he kept apologizing that the resorts are blocking our view of the beach. I said I've seen pictures of uninhabited pretty beaches. He said that's the East side. So we drove there and it was beautiful. By this time we had to start driving to the airport. I don't blame the old man that was driving us around. He didn't know what to do. I blame Julian who basically was saying a big F-U to us. He already had his money. What is crazy is that if he had taken 5 minutes to go over the options it would have saved him on gas and wear and tear on a car that doesn't have much life left. We probably would have picked the caves or the animal sanctuary, spent some time there and gone to the airport and given him a 5 star review. What is also disappointing is that Viator is associating themselves with this. We have spent lots of money with Viator on private tours that have been great. This makes me think twice about using them again.
