Shuttle Transfers

Arrivals at BCN Airport Terminal 1 (November – March)
Upon retrieving your luggage, follow the signs to the downstairs exit of the airport. Once downstairs, take the FREE GREEN TERMINALS SHUTTLE BUS. Proceed to Terminal 2B and locate the From2 Office, situated on the left side of the escalators in the departures area, opposite check-in desks 95-97. A representative, identifiable by an orange shirt, will greet you at the office. If no representative is immediately visible, please wait a few moments as they may be returning from the transfer coach park.

You will receive a QR code to geolocate your bus, making it easy to find in the parking lot. Ensure you keep the scanned information to reconfirm your pick-up time and address 48 hours before departure.

Please be aware that from October to December 2022, construction work will occur near our desk area in Terminal 2B. Head to the last visible check-in desk 71, and the From2 office will be opposite the stairs.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TERMINAL 2B.

Arrivals at BCN Airport Terminal 1 (April – October)
After collecting your luggage, exit the carousel area into arrivals and turn right. In front of the Catalonia Turisme office, a From2 representative in an orange shirt will assist you in locating our office and transferring to your bus. If no representative is immediately visible, please wait a few moments as they may be returning from the coach park. Do not proceed to the coach park without first meeting our representative in the airport.

You will receive a QR code to geolocate your bus, making it easy to find in the parking lot. Ensure you keep the scanned information to reconfirm your pick-up time and address 48 hours before departure.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE TERMINAL 1.

Arrivals at BCN Airport Terminal 2
Your flight may arrive at any of the three areas in Terminal 2 (A, B, or C). For arrivals at Terminals 2A and 2C, after collecting your luggage, proceed outside and follow the signs to Terminal 2B. Inside Terminal 2B, locate the From2 Office on the left side of the escalators in the departures area, opposite check-in desks 95-97. A representative, identifiable by an orange shirt, will greet you at the office. If no representative is immediately visible, please wait a few moments as they may be returning from the transfer coach park.

For those arriving at BCN Airport Terminal 1 between November and March, please proceed to collect your luggage and follow the signs leading to the exit door downstairs. Once you’re downstairs, hop on the FREE GREEN TERMINALS SHUTTLE BUS. Enter Terminal 2B and locate the From2 Office, situated opposite check-in desks 5 and 6. A representative from From2travel will meet you at our desk located there. If you do not spot the representative instantly, wait at the office briefly as they might be returning from the transfer coach park.

REMEMBER NOT TO LEAVE TERMINAL 2B.

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
