Excellent Hotel - Used the transfer service on outbound and inward journeys driver on outgoing service left us on a back road in Malgaret at nearly 10 0 clock at night 22.00 didnt explain where to go for hotel ended up walking ten mins wrong way then ten mins back driver could have showed us where to go ?

First time, and it's the LAST time - Arrived at Barcelona Airport to our hotel. Instructions on the information tells us to look out for 'a person in a bright orange top' going up and down like yoyos to find no said person. Eventually found where we should of gone half an hour later which made us miss our coach. To a male sat behind a desk on his mobile sticking out his finger as in like one minute. Ten minutes later... he said you need to go back on yourself and wait over an hour for the next coach. We wasn't told what coach to go on ad numerous arrived and there was a lot of confusion and no help. The male driver didn't communicate to any of the drop offs at each hotel... poor time keeping travelling fro the airport. We are considering next time we'll get a taxi instead of using this company again

Our bag got stolen on the transfer bus, From2 by Moventis didn’t seem to Care! - We went on our first trip to Spain, on the 29th of september. When we arrived at the airport in Barcelona, we struggled to find any information about the transfer bus, which we booked from home. When we finally found it, we had to wait for one more hour, for the bus to arrive. When the bus finally arrived, we wanted to take our logage onboard, but the driver said no no - no bags in the bus, and he til our bags and put them in the trunk, on the side of the bus. Every time some guests were getting aff the bus, the driver went out, and gave Them their logage. When we arrived to Pineda de Mar, and the driver got out to get our bags, må partners backpack was missing ik the trunk… And suddelnly the driver only spole spanish - which we don’t. We called From2 by Moventas, and explained the situation to them. They asked to get the driver on the phone, and thet spoke spanish for at few minutes, then the driver handed the phone back to us, and we spoke with the company again. We were very sad and stressed - ALL my partners personal belongings were in that bag, and the company didn’t seem to care, and furthermore, the driver just took off, without saying anything, just leaving us on the street, with absolutely no idea of what to do.. The following 4 days (the total length of our vacation), we called the company 36 times, trying to get them to take responsibility, and help us getting our backpack again, but several times, they just hung up on us, or told us the same story: that they would call the driver, and the other hotels, in which the other guests from the bus, were staying, and then call us back, but they never did, until we filed a report at the local police (Mozos). The police told us to call the bus company, and tell them, that we filed a report, because the bus company would not be interested in this, and so we did, and for the first time, they actually reacted, and seemed to care, and pretend to take responsability. They told us, that they wanted to speak to a specific hotel, Ameira in Calella, where the driver apparently thought, our bag possibly could be. But then again, total silence from the bus company, and the 4 were gone, we had to go home, and had spent SO much time of our short vacation, trying to get From2 by Moventis to take responsibility, but they didn’t… Now we are home - without the backpack, and will NEVER Shaun trust From2 by Moventis, and also we would warn everyone about booking their transfer by this company. Very careless and not very helpful, and they totally ruined our first visit in Spain. Do not trust From2 by Moventis, because they don’t give a flying f*** about you. So sad..
