- This product is subject to cancellation or rescheduling based on inclement weather.
- The maximum weight allowed per passenger is 130 kg (286,60 libras), in case of exceeding it, you won’t be allowed to join the flight. If you exceed the 110kg (242,50 pounds), you’ll be asked to pay for two seats upon arrival at the heliport.
- All passengers must show a valid ID or Passport at the check in desk in order to board at the helicopter.
- The distribution of people in the helicopter will be decided based on the weights and seats of the helicopter to maximize safety.
- The helicopter has a maximum capacity of 3 people
- Tour may be affected due to special circumstances and events.
- There is a minimum of people required to operate on languages that are not English or Spanish. if this minimum is not reached, the tour will be offered in English.
- There is a minimum of people required to operate the tour. In the event that this minimum is not met, customers will be offered an alternative date, another tour of equal or superior value, or a full refund.
- The flights will be scheduled from 11 to 13:30 hrs. Our staff will get in tour with you the previous day to confirm the check in time. Please make sure that the contact number you provide will be active.

Excellent tour, Highly recommend - Highly recommend this walking, helicopter and cruise tour.
Bosco was our guide and he made it fun and was very informative. Very friendly and polite and good sense of humour. His knowledge of the area was impeccable. He kept his group all together and was very well organised.
Thank you will be looking to do another tour on our next visit with this company as communication was great throughout.

Amazing Helicopter experience with Bosco - Our excursion started with a walking tour with the very knowledgeable Bosco. Then we moved on to the helicopter tour which was beautiful to see the skyline of Barcelona.

A helicopter ride away from promises - The guide was very friendly, and the boat tour pleasant, but without much originality. This is especially a time to relax and see the city from afar, but it lacks real interest.
On the other hand, the experience with the helicopter tour was very disappointing. The original flight was postponed due to poor weather conditions, which is quite understandable. We quickly got a new slot for the next day at noon, confirmed by email and phone. However, while reading the email in the evening, I discovered in a small line that the check-in was actually scheduled at 10am. This important information was not put forward at all.
I contacted the agency via WhatsApp to confirm the schedules, but it was not until the same morning, the day of the flight, that I received a reply indicating that the flight was indeed at 10am, two hours before the originally announced schedule. This organization is very unprofessional. We had to rush and take taxis at our own expense to get to the heliport on time.
On the spot, we discovered that the “normal” flight (the Costa Tour) is limited to a simple straight line over the beach of Barcelona. At no time in the advertisement or in the photos is it specified that there are different types of flights, nor their routes. There is simply mention of “normal” and “premium” options, but without any clear explanation. Here is the flight plan posted at the heliport, which clearly shows the limits of the offer:
The “normal” flight (Costa Tour) is extremely short and uninteresting.
The “premium” flight seems more complete, but this distinction is not explained in the ad.
We came out very disappointed with this activity. The five-minute flight goes by extremely quickly, and the experience is far from what the communication suggested. Between a chaotic organization, a lack of clarity on benefits, and a flight that offers only a limited view, this activity is absolutely not worth the cost. I would not recommend it.
