In our tour, we will visit a variety of traditional and contemporary establishments, enabling you to experience the authentic Barcelona through its gastronomy.

Excellent tour with Hector! - Such an excellent tour! Our guide Hector was informative and funny and took us to amazing local establishments off the beaten path. We learned quite a bit of history too so it was the perfect tour for our first time in Barcelona. I 1000% recommend this tour and hope you get Hector as your guide!

Great tour family tour with teenagers - Hector was great! Did this tour with 3 teenage boys. They loved it.! Was able accommodate for two vegetarians. Great history of city and food!

Great Tour - especially for the foodies - Our Tastes and Traditions Food Tour was a very enjoyable experience. Alex, our guide with Devour Tours, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very considerate of my three grandkids (ages 13, 12, and 10). It was interesting to learn more about the historical background that created Barcelona’s reputation for fine food. We started the tour at Mercado de Santa Caterina with a cheese and meat platter with cava and then visited several family-owned shops and cafes. Along the way, we enjoyed baked goods, sweets, olives, bomba with meat & vermouth, and more. According to Alex, we also got to sample the best croissant in Spain paired with horchata (milk with ground and sweetened tiger nuts). The tour took us through several neighborhoods as we learned about the local food traditions, and it showed us places and let us taste things that we would probably never see or taste on our own. At our last stop, we finished the tour with paella and wine at an indoor café The grandkids had a great time, and I would recommend doing this food tour when you visit Barcelona. Thank you, Alex. This was our second visit to Barcelona. The last time we took the Tapas and Wine Tour with Devour Tours, which was also fun and interesting.

Wonderful food, wonderful guide - Ariana provided a wonderful insight into the evolution of gastronomy in Barcelona. We were a (very) small group, and her attention to detail, friendly approach and deep knowledge made this a wonderful experience.

Unforgettable Experience with Fabulous Guide Hector! - This tour was absolutely amazing! Hector, our tour guide, was fabulous—knowledgeable, engaging, and so much fun to be around. He truly made the experience unforgettable. Every stop on the tour was well thought out, and the food and drinks were delicious. Hector’s passion for the local culture and flavors really shone through, and he made sure everyone felt included and had a great time. If you’re considering this tour, don’t hesitate—especially if you can get Hector as your guide. Highly recommend!

Brilliant fun - Great time with English Alex. Great spots to visit lots of knowledge and some great food and drink. Definite recommend as a great way to find out where to go for the rest of your trip especially if you love food

Wonderful way to spend a morning getting to know Barcelona - Hector was an amazing guide, truly expert and very friendly. He found great food, introduced us to the providers, and generally showed everyone a great time.

Amazing Experience - This tour was such an incredible and worthwhile experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the menu was perfectly curated. The sites we saw along the way were also beautiful and eye opening! Alex, our tour guide, had a such welcoming nature and provided insightful information about Barcelona, as well as useful tips for the rest of our stay in the city. This experience will be one that we will never forget, and I am very grateful!
