- Wanderbeak - The experience will start at the our favorite market – Santa Caterina. Here we will enjoy a tasting of Spanish olives as well as a selection of cheese and jamon iberico. From there we will head to the Gothic neighbourhood, taking in the art and architecture before indulging in the best churros and chocolate in the city. Our third stop…

Wandering over to the artesanal neighbourhood of El Born, we finish our experience in a charming restaurant to indulge in a delicious lunch of Spanish tapas & Catalan dishes, washed down with lashes of beautiful Spanish wine.
Throughout the experience, we will share insightful stories about the origin of the dishes and drinks, as well as the history, culture and traditions of the city.

beautiful experience - We were the first 2 clients doing the tour after corona reopening. It was a fantastic experience and guided by Ms Marwa , we, my daughter and myself, had a brilliant 3 hours + of food, wine, talks, stories and history in a wonderfully quiet Barcelona.

Come on an empty stomach!😃 - My husband and I had a wonderful time with Daniele on the Market to Tapas tour. I love taking art and food tours since it gives you another way of getting to know the city you visit and a different perspective of it. This is my 4th time in Barcelona and still Daniele took us on a new path of knowing Barcelona historically, culturally and culinarily.

Market, Tapas and Barcelona History - Dani was an incredible guide who happily and generously shared his love and knowledge of food, wine and Barcelona. He made the market tour informative, fun and delicious. As we made our way around old Barcelona to different restaurants, he shared his extensive knowledge of Barcelona’s ancient history. His enthusiasm for food and Barcelona was infectious...and the food was delicious! This is a “DO NOT MISS” tour!

A Full Day of Spanish Treats! - I loved that we got to experience a full day of eating in a few hours! The food was amazing, the guide was fantastic and the places visited were authentic. All Wanderbeak tours never fail to entertain, educate and fill me up! Always a good time. Well done Wanderbeak!!

Delicious and informative - Our guide Anie was a delight, and full of information about the market, the food, and Spain in general. The tour was like a walking history lesson, but it wasn’t dry or dull. Olive oil, wine, and food, all explained by region and cultural history, such a treat. Our group was small so it felt more like having a knowledge friend along. Definitely worth it.

Fun and great food! - Very cool to see the market with the varied vendors - wish there was something like that in my city. Danny was an easy-going, friendly guide, we enjoyed our time with him. Food was great everywhere we went, and I liked that Danny had a background in the food business and was passionate about good food. Sometimes food was served but then we had a few minutes of talking before we ate, so my one suggestion is to time things so that we eat during the explanation. Overall an excellent tour, very glad we did it!

Fantastic tour with Wanderbeak - Our family had an amazing tour: market to tapas, our guide Amie was fantastic, very knowledgeable and very friendly, we spent 3 fantastic hour visiting local markets and different types of restaurants as well as historic locations in Barcelona.

Good Mix - The tour started with tastings at a local market, which allowed us to taste some important local components (e.g. Iberian ham) in a short time. The remainder of the tour was a mix of cafe/restaurant stops, walking and a bit of Catalan history.
Our guide, Donny (sp?), was enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
The best feature was the 8 person limit - really nice!
