An absolute MUST! - The vast knowledge of our tour guide, Carmen Maria was such a huge benefit tonour experience at both Park Guell and Sagrada Familia! The skip the line was a relief upon arriving to see how long the lines were for everything. If you're looking to explore at your own leisure, especially at Park Guell, then it's not for you. But I would highly recommend this as it hits all major points and then transports you to the office near Familia Sagrada, where you have about 40 minutes before the tour to grab a bite or meander around. Familia Sagrada was the most stunning church I have ever been to in my life! The stunning colors shining through the stained glass windows, the details behind all of the architecture and structural choices really tied everything together. As an atheist, I still very much appreciate the thought, ingenuity, and persistence that has always gone into the Sagrada Familia. Without the guided tour, we would have left both places with a lot of questions, but instead, we left with so much appreciation and respect for Gaudí. Tip your tour guide!

Worth the visit - Joseph was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable. The SF is breathtaking. Worth the tour. Park Güell was very touristy and quite large. It was nice to have a tour guide walking us through.

Good tour! Meeting point address should be clarified! - Parc Guell is just a park. Nothing special to me and my husband, but everyone has their own perspective so some people might enjoy it more. Sagrada Familia was amazing. It is a spectacular site and should absolutely be visited while in Barcelona. We loved it! However I would make one suggestion on the meeting point details. It should state that the meeting point address is at The Gaudí Experience building which is at the exit of Parc Guell, not the entrance. We showed the meeting point address to our taxi driver who took us to the entrance. Once dropped off we found out that we were a 15 minute walk to the meeting point. We could not get a taxi to take us. When I called the travel operator I was told that if we were not on time we would lose our tour without a reschedule or refund. Fortunately we did just make it (although we were completely out of breath). When speaking to another family, they had the same experience. So I think just clarifying the meeting point details would be very helpful.

Mixed bag tour - The office of the tour operator has tricky to find but we managed that. The tour started with Guell park. This part of the tour went very well. The guide was great, patient with the group, and very informative. At the end of the park visit we had a few minutes of a break before the bus arrived to take us to the Sagrada Famillia. Several of the tour participants needed to go to the bathroom before we boarded the bus. For the guys it was fast, as usual for us guys. For the ladies it was horrible. . . long lines, waiting forever, and disgusting conditions once they got to the facilities Once we were delivered to the proximity of SF we were a little late so had about 10 minutes to check in with the tour guide there ( a different person). The group was divided into 2 groups. One group got the prior guide and we got the new guide. Our group also included several Spanish speaking people so our guide had to repeat everything in Spanish and English. This was a bad experience as his time with either language group was limited so everyone got less information and time to ask questions. Honestly it ruined the experience. My advice for future visitors is to ensure that you are in a single language group. If we had had this I would have rated the tour better

Average when both sites combined - Guide for Sagrada Famikia ( don’t remember her name) was great! She explained in detail and made sure everyone’s questions were answered. Unfortunately, the guide for Park Guell Mr.Omar was very poor - never explained properly nor cared if we were all able to hear him
