Take part in a comprehensive tour around Barcelona to see such notable spots as the well-known Park Guell and the celebrated Sagrada Familia Cathedral. The Sagrada Familia, a major work by Gaudí, is a colossal basilica in Barcelona that has been in a perpetual state of construction since 1882 and its completion isn’t foreseen for a while. Post the tour of the Sagrada Familia, our journey takes us to Park Güell. This park began to take form in 1900 after Count Eusebi Güell purchased a tree-filled slope (which was then outside of Barcelona) and commissioned Gaudí to construct a small city for the affluent surrounded by lush gardens.
- IMPORTANT: Please note that the starting time is different depending on the time of the year
- Please note that the Sagrada Familia Regulations state that children under the age of 11 years old will not get a receiver to listen to the guide. Amigo Tours manages the entry of each of our customers and this measure does not have to do with us.
- The guide will be waiting for you inside “Emporio Souvenirs” shop
- Keep in mind that there are queues to access Sagrada Familia due to security checks
- Kindly note that the ID of children under 11 years old may be required to access the monument
- Not recommend for travelers with reduced mobility.

Wonderful day! - Carles at the Sagrada and Sylvia at the parc Guell they are very grest tour guides.
Very well organized.
Eco taxi tools a long time to go at the parc Guell from la Sagrada.

Definitely need to see. - Our guide was very informative. The Familia architecture was amazing. Have to see it in person. The park had a lot of walking.

Familia Sagrada and Park Guell - This was a walking tour to Familia Sagrada and Park Guell. My husband uses a mobility scooter and I explained in detail what he could and couldn’t do before we booked this tour.Apparently, this information was not passed on to the tour company as they had no idea we had an mobility scooter. This is the second time Viator failed to pass this information on to the tour company. Consequently, the tour guide wasn’t very pleased to see us. She was alternately brusque and rude or nice and helpful. She did try her best to accommodate us most of the time. The tour in Park Guell ended early for because my husband wasn’t able to to do the last part. I wanted to continue and meet him afterward but the guide seemed frustrated and didn’t have time to deal with helping us meet at the end. She seemed glad not to have us part of this tour anymore. The information about the tour said ig would end at the same place the tour started but it ended at Park Guell. I felt this was over-priced for what we got.

Guell Park very improved - The guide to the Sagrada Familia very good, gave us very good explanations and was very nice but the guide to Guell park we did not like anything

Not a good experience - We thought we booked a tour in English. It turns out that it was both in Spanish and English which would have been ok if we could have understood the guide's English. His Spanish explanations seemed to go on forever and then a short-heavily accented English translation. We were to meet after our free time in the church for the rest of the tour and I asked "exactly where" we were to meet and the time. I was told by the information booth. We were there 5 minutes early standing in the pouring rain, and the guide never showed. We missed 1/2 of the tour.
We would have done better getting our own entrance time and buying an audio guide at the entrance. This tour was a waste of our money.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - It was a terrible experience we had with Amigo Tours in Barcelona. If I could, I would give them -5 stars, but I am forced to put only one to write this review. We had a Guide called Silvia in Park Guell and ended up abandoning the tour because we spent too much time in the same place. Silvia repeated the same information over and over again, which caused us to waste our precious time.
In addition, for the next tour at La Sagrada Familia, we arrived 10 minutes late and the guard supervisor informed us that Silvia had refused to allow us in. When we contacted Amigo Tours looking for a solution, we were denied any options, not even offered the possibility to reschedule the tour for another day.
I work with public service and Amigo Tours should NOT offer tours to tourists. The level of customer service they provide is unacceptable.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!

Terrible terrible - While we were already in Barcelona, less than 24 hours before our tour, we got a notification that our tour had been significantly changed. We were supposed to get transportation from Sagrada Familia to Park Guell and have both tours together. However, the transportation was removed and our Park Guell tour was moved several hours later than planned. We had no choice but to accept this change as there were no more tickets available for Park Guell to purchase on our own before we were leaving Barcelona.
We had other tours planned for that day and so we had to rush to get to Park Guell, running to make it in time. We were only a few minutes late, however we missed the group and were denied entry to the park.
We made these tour plans months in advance and one day’s notice of a complete change is unacceptable. Customer service did not care at all when we contacted them over the phone, and didn’t even reply to our email. A terrible trip experience.
