We’ll meet in the city’s Roman core before embarking on our gastronomic and historical adventure. Our journey begins in Barcelona’s most ancient area: the Gothic Quarter. Our first gastronomic stop will be at a conventional pinchos bar where the snacks are served on a slice of bread, held together with a cocktail stick.
Next, we’ll traverse the medieval hub: El Born. Discover about the skilled artisans and affluent traders of the past who have left behind an impressive heritage in the form of their grand palaces and the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar. Our subsequent tapas venue is renowned for its focus on local produce - all food is sourced from nearby farms and fields. Here, we’ll sample a variety of carefully-prepared, top-quality tapas.
