What an interesting tour - Anna was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and enthusiastic. I would highly recommend this tour, only disappointment was the park being removed from the tour.

A well organised tour and worth it. - This tour was a great pace and well organised. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and caring. This tour also allowed me to gain entry to Parc Guell and Sagrada Familiar as all the sites to purchase entry tickets showed sold out for days.

Barcelona in a Day - The entire day was wonderful; however, Sagrada Familia was by far worth the entire experience! Just awe-inspiring.

Communication not brilliant - Your experience completely depends on the guide you get. Ours has not been mentioned in any review as of yet. Meetup was initially confusing. Ticket stated there would be someone with a sign saying the tour guy but this was not the case. We were approached one by one asking if we were part of the tour. Some were late and the guide went round and asked random strangers if they were part of the type. This wasted lots of time. We were therefore late to park Guell, barely spending an hour there. The guide was difficult to understand at times. There was not much in the way of explanation. There were multiple points where headcount was lost but this was not noticed by the guide. Often communication was assumed to have been understood without verification, e.g. Where we were going and next meeting points/times. This caused problems later on when the guide wandered off in the park. We were unable to find where they had gone and had to ring the central office to get back in touch (a US number, would have incurred significant charges had I not had a roaming plan). It would have been much simpler for the guide to have rung us as they had our number on file. Entry to venues was generally smooth and the only reason we bought the tour in the first place (both guell and Sagrada Familia had no tickets). The ticket was worth it to see the attractions but the tour was sub par in terms of the guide's organisation and communication. The other reviews seem very positive so we may have just been unlucky with the guide.

UNRELIABLE!. They bumped me off for overbooking the night before! NEVER will I use Viator! Unreliable! - I will never use Viator again! They bumped me off the night before for overlooking after planning 3 months in advance for my one and only single day in Barcelona! I assumed they were reliable BUT THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!
