Best ever! - We had a fabulous day with our guide George. We truly felt the love, he has, for his city, Barcelona. He arrived a little early and sent a text message advising us what we could expect for the weather that day. He shared his knowledge of art, architecture and history with us. We have travelled a lot over the years and found George to have a friendly demeanor while very professional. By far the best tour guide we ever had. Gary & Maureen

1/2 day private tour of Barcelona with our tour guide Ferran! - If you are in Barcelona for a short period of time...I highly recommend this 1/2 day tour. Ferran picked us up from the hotel exactly when he said he would and took us to places that we would not have seen without his guidance. We saw amazing architecture, panoramic views of this historic city, the Sagrada Familia, the mall that used to be a Bull Fighting arena and so much more. Having a knowledgeable, friendly guide like Ferran was a perfect way to explore this amazing city when you are only staying there for a short period of time. Thank you Ferran for a great day! I highly recommend Viator tours and will use this company for further travel tours!

Great time -Great guide! - We had a great time on the tour. Albert our guide was fun and very informative. We were so happy that Albert was able to accommodate our schedule since our flight was 3 hours delayed. We saw so much during this short timeframe -

Welcome Transfers and Alberto save the day in Barcelona! - I had arranged a standard airport pickup from BCN to our hotel, as we were staying one night on our way home from a holiday. We really wanted to get a taste of Barcelona, so we had scheduled a private tour with another company. We were shocked and disappointed when that company canceled on us at the last minute, leaving us scrambling the day before arriving in Barcelona with nothing to do.
Fast forward to the day we're scheduled to arrive at BCN. Our plane was delayed over 2 hours, so I let Alberto Castro, our scheduled driver, know. His responses were friendly and patient, and he assured us he would be there when we arrived.
Well, not only was he there and gave us a great ride to our hotel, once he found out all of our plans had blown up, he offered to give us a 2 hour Barcelona tour on the spot!
This tour was INCREDIBLE! We got to see all of the highlights we had been looking forward to, got beautiful views of the city, tons of fantastic insights, and even an amazing jamón sandwich from a local shop.
Alberto truly saved our day in Barcelona, and turned a bummer into a marvelous and memorable experience. Welcome pickups is MUCH more than airport transfers. Thank you, Alberto!

Beautiful Sunday in Barcelona - We saw many parts of the city, even some less touristic place like Los Bunkers, and thought we were lucky to have a Sunday to tour, with less traffic, even though many places were closed.
Alberto was a great tour guide. Very well informed and personal.

Don't Bother, not worth the time or $$ - The driver arrived at the hotel on time driving his taxi. He immediately told us he was just the driver for 4 hours & not a tour guide. Hmmm... he was local & once he got use to us, gave us some information about the sites on the tour. but very little. Then near the end of the tour, we asked if he could provide our family of 8 a ride to the Flamingo Dinner Theatre. He was very accommodating in meeting our request & provided two taxis to meet at the hotel, later the same evening. He charged 42 euros for each car! Total 84 Euros for a one way trip less than 10 mins. Our way back from dinner was on 20 Euros per car. Feeling a little ripped off & taken advantage! I would not recommend this Tour.. or this Taxi service. You can learn & see alot more with any other company.

You ruined our vacation. - You cancelled on us at the last minute. I hope you gave us full credit.
We were all ready to enjoy our tour with Viator scheduled for noon. You sent an email at 11:00 and canceled, ruining our only chance to see Segrade de Familia. I am so disappointed in you.
