Smooth sailing! - Everything went very smoothly with good communication. The driver, MOHSANGAKHAR was waiting for us when we exited the cruise port with a sign that had my name on it. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He helped with our luggage. A+

We highly recommend this transportation service. - This was an outstanding experience despite some challenging circumstances. It was pouring rain as we exited the cruise ship terminal along with 4000+ other passengers. (Once we saw the incredibly long line for a taxi, we were so grateful to have arranged transportation in advance.) We were finally able to locate our driver who gave us a safe, comfortable ride to our hotel. THANK YOU!

Excellent - We got off cruise ship early. Thankfully our driver called and said he was on his way. He called to say he had arrived. He helped with our luggage. Would recommend for his professional service.

Communication - They had us scheduled for 7:30am pick up and I asked for 8:00 am pick up due to our disbarment from the ship. The driver said he couldn’t change the time due to another appointment so I said I understand and just cancel. I then received a call from someone else and was told the same thing and I said no problem just cancel it and I will get a taxi. As I am getting into the cab I received another call wanting to know where I was I told him I was getting in a taxi. He said no one told me to get a cab and that they had a driver there but never mentioned it prior or even when I said to cancel. They definitely need better communication it would have been a lot easier.
