Private transport from Barcelona cruise port to our hotel - We arrived at our post-cruise meeting place early and so did our driver. He communicated where he was, and we were able to leave the port while hundreds still stood in line for a cab. Our driver took us directly to our Barcelona hotel and helped with our baggage. Thus, while more expensive than a regular cab, our transportation was also much faster in this instance. It was also worth it to us to know exactly what would occur when we arrived in this unfamiliar port.

Birthday Celebration - The company was referred by a church member's that had used your services in May 2024. On our first Mediterranean trip to France, Italy and Spain celebrating my birthday, we use your company. Each service of our travels was done with professionalism, the drivers were on time and there was no worries or stress - giving us a sense of comfort. Smooth sailing! - Everything went very smoothly with good communication. The driver, MOHSANGAKHAR was waiting for us when we exited the cruise port with a sign that had my name on it. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He helped with our luggage. A+

Communication - They had us scheduled for 7:30am pick up and I asked for 8:00 am pick up due to our disbarment from the ship. The driver said he couldn’t change the time due to another appointment so I said I understand and just cancel. I then received a call from someone else and was told the same thing and I said no problem just cancel it and I will get a taxi. As I am getting into the cab I received another call wanting to know where I was I told him I was getting in a taxi. He said no one told me to get a cab and that they had a driver there but never mentioned it prior or even when I said to cancel. They definitely need better communication it would have been a lot easier.
