Great Class - Great Class! Marc was friendly, and taught us a lot about Barcelona, Spain and Paella. All ending with a delicious meal. Highly recommend!

Paella cooking experience in Barcelona - What a great time we had; Mark was a super host! We found the afternoon to be fun, interesting, & educational. We not only learned food prep and cooking tips, but learned more about the Catalan culture, people, & life in Barcelona. You can't go wrong cooking w Mark in his private and artfully constructed kitchen in a commercial building setting!

Best in Barcelona - Marc was amazing and it was by far the best Paella i had in my life. The class was so much fun and i would highly recommend this class if you visit Barcelona.

A must do while visiting Barcelona - We were not sure what to expect, but this turned out to be the highlight of our day in Barcelona. Mark was amazing, made you feel like family, and gave us wonderful tips on cooking and preparing not only paella but vegetables and seafood. Ended it with it a special flavor! Highly recommend this to make your Barcelona experience very special.

Amazing Cooking Class! - We had a great experience with wonderful food and wine. The chef was amazing and friendly! He showed up step by step how to cook a Paella and even had our teenage kids help with the preparation. Can’t wait to do this again! We will be back soon!!

Meal with a new friend! - Absolutely excellent!!!!! Our cooking class with Xavier was the last event on our itinerary in Barcelona and we could not have selected a better way to wrap up our trip. Not only was the food delicious but the instructions, background and history around the meal were incredibly informative. We could not have asked for a better instructor and host. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

Must go! - This was our most favorite event of our trip. Marc was our gracious host and instructor. It was like cooking with family. Besides being an expert in paella, he is an architect who also specializes in rehabbing buildings and his space willed inspire you! You will leave with a happy belly and a new friend. Don't miss out!

Grandmothers recipe - Marc is an engaging host, and shared his grandmother’s method of making this classic Catalan dish. We learned so much about Barcelona history and culture. The evening is in a cool industrial space with features designed by Marc.

5 stars for Marc! - This cooking class with Marc is amazing! We made the best seafood paella and learned how to make it when we go home. We stayed for 3 hours eating, drinking and chatting. It was a blast. Highly recommend!
