• Sant Sadurni d’Anoia - The center of Cava making in Spain. We will spend the whole day in this picturesque village that counts for 90% of the Cava production (the regional champagne)

• Sant Sadurni d’Anoia - We will visit a family run, tradition Cava maker where we will learn all about Cava making and we will have an extensive tasting of several of their organic Cavas.

Embark on our exclusive Cava and Chocolate journey, located in the scenic town of Sant Sadurni. This is just a 40-minute venture from Barcelona, at the heart of the wine district of Penedés.

We’ll explore a petite traditional Cava winery operated by a family, and understand the creation process of this unique sparkling wine, that is an integral part of the region. Post the exploration, we will settle down in their elegant courtyard to sample several organic, high-quality Cavas.

Later, you have the option to enjoy a sumptuous four-course lunch menu at the finest restaurant in the center of Sant Sadurni. In the later part of the day, we will explore the local chocolate factory, delve deeper into their 140 years of expertise in crafting exquisite chocolates.

We conclude this unique encounter with a leisurely walk around the tight-knit lanes of Sant Sadurni, before we head back to Barcelona via train.
