Nice trip with a good guide - Nice bike ride around Barcelona with Katarina as a really good guide. It can only be recommended if you want to see various attractions in a slightly different way.

Highly recommended tour with extremely friendly and keen guide - Today we went on this tour with a very friendly and well english-speaking guide. It was our first day in Barcelona and during this tour we saw all the important sights (gothic district, raval, different squares, Barceloneta, arc de triomph, Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila, Casa Batllo,...) and gained an overview of the city. Our guide had a huge knowledge about the city and told us about its history, its districts, the sights and even where to get the best paella and tapas. The tour lasted about three hours and you really don‘t have to be very fit because there is only one little hill up to Sagrada Familia. The guide was extremely keen and answered all the questions we had. All in all I really recommend the tour because you get a lot of informations about Barcelona which you wouldn’t get if you drove on your own.

Awesome way to tour Barcelona, ask for Bou - Bou was a great tour guide. He was very patient and very knowledgable about Barcelona and the many attractions. We had a great time seeing all the sights and the bikes were awesome. This is the way I will do tours from now on...electric bikes. You get to a lot more a lot faster rather than walking!!!

Fantastic tour, good for kids - Our guide, Moritz, was excellent! We learned more from him than any other tour so far. Saw a great variety of sights and the kids enjoyed it, too. Good pace for all ages. Highly recommended!

An gentle, enjoyable way to see the city - I really enjoyed my tour of Barcelona. The meeting point was easy to find (you can also ask the Hard Rock Cafe staff) and it's helpful that no reservation is necessary. I was very lucky because I was the only person on the tour; I was grateful that they did not cancel the tour and instead I got a private tour for 22 euro - great value! The tour takes in parts of the old and new city, including the Sagrada Familia and other Gaudi architecture. I particularly enjoyed seeing the city park and fountain. My guide, Bou, was very good - what he lacked in English he made up for in enthusiasm. My bike worked fine and the pace of the tour was very gentle - while you should be capable of balancing on a bike, you don't need to be fit to participate. The relaxed speed gave me time to take in the streets and the architecture as we cycled, and I appreciated that Bau chose places to stop that gave the best views of attractions. Overall I'm really glad I chose this tour and I'd recommend that you choose it too!

Excellent way to see the city - This bike tour is a great way to see the city- it's easy to follow the guide and much of the tour is in bike lanes. Bou was well informed about the city's history and we stopped about a dozen times at various sites. I wouldn't arrempt to ride around the city without a guide - some areas are very busy- and we wouldn't have seen on foot in days what we saw in about 3 hours. Good value for 22 euros.

Very disappointed - book with someone else - We did this tour at 11am on Monday 15th April 2019. We were very disappointed with the tour and felt it did not reflect what was advertised on the website or in their leaflet. We were only in Barcelona for 1 day as part of a cruise, so were particularly upset that we had wasted our time/money on this tour. These were our main complaints/concerns: • As advertised on the mobile phone website – we did not receive a free drink at a beach café, nor did we stop at a ‘beach terrace bar’. Our one stop was on the beach promenade next to a toilet block (not as depicted on the leaflet which showed the group sitting having a relaxing drink) •Our tour lasted less than the 3-3.5 hours advertised. We didn’t get to the shop until 11.15am (you all walk there together from the meeting point) and did not set off until 11.30am. Arriving back at 2pm – meaning a 2.5 hour tour •We did not stop at 17 different places as advertised, probably more like 10 or 11 stops •We did not stop every 100m to discuss the sites and take photos (the only chance we had to take photos was when we specifically asked) •Our tour guide Jorges cycled too far ahead and was hard to see (wearing no obvious bright colours or even a visible Ciclo Tour T-Shirt), he didn’t seem concerned with keeping the group together and rushed from one site to the next •The route we took was dangerous in places, cycling across busy roads, waiting in taxi ranks and squeezing past large lorries. None of us were wearing hi-vis vests or anything to distinguish ourselves as a tour, meaning it was hard to keep together All of these meant that we unfortunately did not enjoy our experience. We tried to raise this at the time, but were told to send an email with our complaint which we have done.
