• A good swimming ability is mandatory
• Please if possible come with your swim wear underneath your clothes so we can get on the water as fast as possible. We are right next to the public beach toilets, however, they are quite small and you’ll be in a queue to get in. After the activity it’s no problem getting changed there.
• Bring plenty of drinking water and have a good breakfast before coming as lunch is not until after the activity
• Please don’t rely on taxis in rushour traffic. Its a big city but has great public transport
• Not recommended for travelers with severe shoulder or back issues
