I would recommend this... - I would recommend this tour mostly for the food. It’s great value for the quality and variety. Cava is delicious as well. As for the performance I found the guitar playing dragging on too long. I liked the two girls dancing. But the guy induced me to sleep. I would still recommend it and give it a B+.

Dinner + show option - This was a good experience. I definitely think you can skip the food, and just watch the show. Our time was for 7:30, and we arrived at 7:15. When we asked the person standing out front where to line up he asked us what time our reservation was for and we let him know it was 7:30. He told us it was okay to stand in line however when his coworker came out she kicked us out of line and told us to come back at 7:30. We didn’t mind, we were just upset with the lack of communication. Plus, when you book it says to arrive 10 min early. At 7:30 we went inside and ate mediocre buffet food. I would skip it because it wasn’t worth it. We were done eating by 8 and sat around for 45 min before entering to the room where the show would take place. They sat us in the front. The show finally started at 9pm. It was interesting. We left at 8:50 ten minutes before because it felt like we were inhaling and insane amount of cigarette smoke. I think if you’ve never been to a flamenco show I think it’s worth it to experience.

Food was awful. Show was great. - Dancing was excellent, and the singing was excellent. But the food is buffet. And it was terrible. Luch warm and old and nothing appealing. Way overpriced given that there’s so many good restaurants in the city. I would definitely not recommend getting the dinner option.
