Great tour of Gaudi staples! - Segrada Familia and Park Guell were definitely the highlight. Tour guide was good. Time at Casa Mila and Casa Battlo was a mere drive-by. Overall, great tour.

I’m requesting a refund for Casa Bitillo when I get home - The Sagrada familia. Tour guide was very informative, however from there we went to park griul and spent too much time that when we got to casa bitillo it was closed. Why did she take so long at the park. I paid extra for casa bitillo for me and my husband. Very dissatisfied!

A Truly Magical Experience - Our guide Oliver was excellent! As a local who grew up in the shadow of the Sagrada Familia, he shared his infectious love and passion for Barcelona adding small personal experiences from his childhood that really made it come alive. The basilica truly is the most wonderous sight easily surpassing anything else we have seen. The Parc Güell was a delightful contrast and a trip into whimsy and fantasy grounded in nature. The mosaic was just stunning. The only drawbacks were the logistics of a very overcrowded, hot and noisy meeting room with only one overused toilet, irritable counter staff and a long walk to meet the bus.

Best of barcelona - Great tour. Our guide was informative and had good stories. The only problem was how long the tour took because our guide had to give his talk in English and in Spanish.

A real killer - The church is amazing and the guide very informative. The fact that fast walking for ten minutes, twice, was required was not mentioned when I arranged this excursion and and the person I spoke with that one of us was on crutches.

Not a great experience - The guide was very knowledgeable, but not cognizant of his group’s issues. We all had trouble keeping up with his pace. Several people had medical issues that were ignored. The tour should have warned people about the strenuous and somewhat dangerous conditions in the park-uneven stone surfaces, no railings etc. There should have been a place to rest for people with problems and meet the group on the way back if they could not continue the tour in the park.

Great subject matter, but poor communication. - The tour of La Sagrada Familia was by far the best part. Unfortunately, our guide’s grasp of English was not very good. If you’re going to be a bilingual tour guide, you really need to know both languages and know them well. Took twice as long as it should have, her inability to speak English fluently. She was constantly grasping for words and trying to think around her lack of vocabulary. Tonya was a wonderful person, and she tried extremely hard, but she just couldn’t communicate effectively. The subject matter of the tour was fantastic! I just wish I could’ve gotten more out of it. Tonya is to be praised for her effort, and she was a very kind and wonderful lady. It’s hard to give a negative review to someone that was so nice. That said, I was less than satisfied and actually blame her supervisor and company for putting her in a position that she was ill equipped for.

À joke - Absolutely awful. I would like a refund. 26 people started the tour and 5 finished. That's how bad it was. Tanya was our guide. The tour for some reason was in Spanish and English which doubled the time we stood around. It was unclear what the guide was talking about. The tour was supposed to end at 7:30 at Casa Batlo At 7:15, we were behind schedule due to people getting frustrated and going off on their own. We were told to get off the bus and walk to Casa Batlo. I had dinner reservations so I had to miss Casa Batlo It was starting at 7:30 instead of ending. No one on the tour was happy. English speakers had to stand there while she gave the tour and answered questions in Spanish. The Spanish speakers were frustrated when she spoke English. There was so much wasted time which turned a 4 hour tour into 5: Too long, boring and incomprehensible. I've liked aviator in the past but this tour was a waste of time and money. At over $100.00 a person, I feel ripped off. Next time I'll do the audio tour on my own
