Dali and Girona Day Tour - Great tour! We learned so much about Dali, his life, and his muse, Gala. Then we spent the afternoon touring Girona with a guide who actually lives there. Her recommendations on lunch, coffee, snacks were wonderful too. We had a very enjoyable visit.

Great Time On The Tour - Miguel was a fantastic tour guide. Great humor and provided a safe driving experience. He had a great command of the covered material and conveyed a great joy in presenting it.

Girona was wonderful as... - Girona was wonderful as an old medieval city, I liked the part about cyclists adopting it. Our guide was OK, didn’t add a lot of information. The Dali museum was excellent, our guide went in and got us started, and found a fantastic restaurant in the town.

Barcelona - Figueres Dali Museum - We were very satisfied the trip and say thanks a lot to our excellent Guide Matt! Perfect day! The trip was very good organised, we had enough time to enjoy!

Knowledgeable, wonderful guide named Ventura - Our guide Ventura was excellent, very knowledgeable and a professional! He picked us up at our hotel in Barcelona and drove us to visit both Girona and Figueres. His insights into both cities was extremely informative. He knew all the background on the Dali museum paintings and pointed out several nuances that we would not have noticed. Highly recommend him for any tour in Barcelona and nearby towns.

Great tour with Ventura - Had an excellent tour with Ventura. Really enjoyed Girona. Loved the small winding streets. Dali museum was fascinating. Learned so much.

Wonderful private tour to Girona and Dali Museum - We took a private tour for2 and it was great. Our guide Dulce was outstanding. She has studied in the USA, taught in France, and speaks 7 languages. We had a nice tour of Girona, where Dulce had attended the university. She gave us an in depth tour of the sites, while explaining the broad history of the city. We had high expectations for the visit to the Dali Museum and they were met. If you are a fan and interested in Dali, this is an essential stop. The logistics of the trip were great, we had a nice driver, and a good sized comfortable SUV. Thank you for everything!

Great guide… disappointing transportation for the price of a private tour - Had a great day with our private guide Ventura. Would have hoped for the money we paid that Viator would have provided a larger more comfortable car with 4 adults for the day. 5 stars for our guide Ventura… 3 stars for Viator

Focused on Dali - It is clear that Ruben is very passionate and knowledgeable about Dali. If you are as well and enjoy a slower pace, then you will be a good fit. Unfortunately, we were more interested in Girona and only mildly interested in Dali. We would have liked more information about Girona when we asked for it. We were also hoping with this being a private tour to have some flexibility to see the coast on the way to Figuires or on the way back to Barcelona as long as we stayed in the timeframe of the tour (as written in another review), but deviations to the route are not possible. For us, it was a bigger disappointment that this tour and information was more focused on Dali than anything else. Ultimately, we think Ruben is a very nice tour guide with excellent English, but we were not a good fit for each other. As a suggestion, I hope the operator considers having the tour start on-time at 8:30am to allow more time in Girona, offering a stop in Costa Brava for lunch (optional), and a later 2:30-3pm tour time at the Dali museum. Currently, there are no other tours offering this option so it may have good marketing potential.
