GOOD VISIT AND GOOD GUIDE. - We did the guided tour taking advantage of the promotion of the Festes de la Merce, from the entrance to 50%.. We loved the house.. The Arnau guide a charm and with his "trap questions" very funny. And the explanation very enjoyable and not burdensome with dates and data that hard to remember.

Gaudi"s first house and the first Gaudi house we toured - The was the first Gaudi house we toured. We had a delightful, very enthusiastic guide who gave us the english tour. So glad we started with this house since it gave us excellent perspective before visiting the other Gaudi sites. This is definitely worth visiting!

Unexpectedly beautiful, a picture! - An inspired Guide through a beautiful house by Gaudi! Highly recommended! This Guide was really a fancier and that was evident in the whole tour. If it had been up to him, we would have gone on for another hour. Captivating speaker, who made the tour even more beautiful!

Splendid house, awesome tour - Visited Casa Vicens on Aug 25 and joined the 11:15 English tour. There weren't a lot of visitors when we got there and the tour was only a group of 4. Our guide Paul explained details of the house clearly and we learnt a lot from the tour. Gaudí's first house looked quite different from his later ones on first sight, but it's interesting to discover some fundamental Gaudí elements along the tour. There were a lot more visitors when we left at 1pm (Sunday) so I'd recommend going in the morning for a better experience and better photos😉

An incredible surprise - Going to Casa Vicens was a last-minute decision and we couldn't have been more pleased! Within the options available for that day, I had only the guided tour, which we did with Mercès, which was a sweet person! Super friendly, attentive, fun, made all the difference in our visit! Super recommend going to the house, which is beautiful, and a guided visit is worth it!

Highly Recommend The Tour - We booked an English tour on August 3, 2024 9:30AM. Our young lady guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and responding. She talked about the history of the house, Gaudi's design ideas and shown us photos of the property and how the surrounding and the house had changed over the years. Casa Vicens was really beautiful and enjoyable to visit. 10/10 recommended.

Highly recommend this tour! - Carla was an excellent tour guide. It’s is a fascinating property, especially for an artist to see all the interesting techniques used to create the sensation of bringing the outdoors in. And you avoid the big crowds at the other Gaudi exhibits.

Fantastic visit - A fantastic visit from Carla, a Pro Guide, trained, fun and very friendly. The house itself, wonderful. I would highlight the kindness of all the people who are part of the team that works there.

Guide did not show up because he was sick according to the officer at the entrance - We made sure sure we arrive on time before 4pm for the English guided tour as communicated with the guise beforehand but upon arrival we were told the guide is I'll and we are on our own. Obviously this is not what we paid for and we left the place with a big disappointment as we planned this 4-5 months in advance. It puts a big wound on our experience in Barcelona and Viator in general. We need a refund for wasting our hard earned money and time. 😒
