The Hard Rock Cafe Barcelonawas highlight of my holiday - The Hard Rock Cafe Barcelona was a real highlight of my holiday! The atmosphere is just as vibrant and rousing as you imagine for this brand. I would particularly like to highlight the staff – Kasia was incredibly friendly, attentive and made the evening perfect for us. She took the time to explain the menu to us and make recommendations. Her smile and positive charisma made us feel really comfortable. Thank you, Kasia, for the great evening!

Delicious Burger - After a long flight, I always go to a Hard Rock Cafe on my arrival day. I am looking for good food and friendly staff after hours in the air. Hard Rock Barcelona fits the bill. Fun, friendly wait staff, delicious food and great atmosphere. Thank you Hard Rock Barcelona for exceeding a weary travelers expectations.

Great HRC but small - The Hardrock Cafe is centrally located and easily accessible from anywhere. If you want to eat there, it is advisable to reserve well in advance. The restaurant is not very big and the crowd is great. You can also sit outside, which is too hot, too crowded and too dusty in summer. Otherwise it is a restaurant with shop like anywhere else in the world. Tip: Selfie in the basement in front of the red HRC wall.

AVERAGE - We went there for the concept. Very little wait before being seated (around twenty minutes). Quite nice room, good atmosphere. On the other hand, average food as far as burgers are concerned, rather basic and quite expensive for what it is. 53€ for 2 burgers/fries, a water and a beer.

Not phew!! - We went. So to enter the store you have to queue and be patient, we gave up. Then for lunch we had to queue, we found the service a little slow in seating people. Once seated, we were greeted with a smile by the waiter. We ordered and it arrived quite quickly. On the other hand, disappointed with the dishes. The chicken cesar salad is just a ton of salad with a piece of chicken placed in the middle, for my part I ordered a “thing” made with avocado, chicken and guacamole.. upon arrival it wasn’t was that in fact only a pizza or a pide (Turkish pizza) the guacamome having not seen it, I asked the waiter who told me in fact it is in the sauce, I was offered to bring me some separately I said no. In short, the staff is nice and smiling but it’s not the “thing” to do.

Terrible Dinner - This will be our last purchase of this voucher. Recently they have limited the choices available. The service as fast, the food was hot but the portion size was extremely small. There were hardly any fries. The chicken tenders were barely edible. I’ve had better at fast food restaurants. We were not happy with this meal at all. Even after eating the included dessert my husband was still hungry. I would not recommend this Hard Rock & we have been to several all over the world.

No thanks - The employees are basically trying very hard. The cocktail prices are excessive the food boring to bad. If you only want to drink cocktails you are directed to the bar which was full of children 🙄 to the empty tables outside you were not allowed. Never again

Horrible service - The service was awful!! The waiter never brought drink refills, no condements for the 22€ hamburger even after I asked two times, over charged for drinks we didn’t have….and then asked for a TIP to be included in the bill!! Not to mention the cringing fist pump he tried to give us at the start….uh, no thanks. Very very bad service!!!
