Simple and functional practice - I purchased the card on Hola Barcelona as it cost less than other sites. I received the voucher immediately. When you arrived at El Prat it wasn't very clear where to go... Anyway, head from the ground floor to the left where the departures are and go up to floor 1 and continue straight... There is a very long covered corridor that will take you to the metro where the box is to transform the voucher into tickets. It is very fast and above all cheaper given that it includes return metro trips to the airport without booking other transfers. In the meantime it got demagnetized and a member of staff who you can find at that station reprinted it for me for free

Great value for money - An absolute must for getting around. So easy to use the metro and this travel card is such good value. We were in Barcelona from a Friday to a Tuesday, and got a 5 day travel card at 35 euro per person, fabulous value for money. Also can be used on the bus. Great advantage was that it covers the metro from the airport to the centre.

Excellent for getting around Barcelona - We purchased the Hola Barcelona online. A code arrived which we entered at the ticket point located in the metro and we were provided with the requested tickets. Very useful for getting around Barcelona by all means of transport, bus, metro, train.

Handy, versatile... - The family took a 4-day travel card for our entire period in Barcelona, ordered online (with a discount!), and picked it up at the airport metro station. It is a short walk from the airport terminal towards the metro line, you have to follow the Metro icon, you will end up on the other side of the street through a covered tunnel, and there you will come to the train station on the right, but on the left of the train station you will see it red icon M (of Metro), where you can easily enter the code sent to you at the machines to get your tickets (there was a metro staff member who immediately rushed over to help). We have used this travel card a lot, usually on the metro (very fast, and a lot of metros), also on the (packed) bus, and also on the Funicular that took us to Montjuic (Miro, Olympic stadium,...) . I'll definitely do it again next time.

Hola Barcelona - The buses were totally fine, but sometimes the subway gates were unresponsive. I do not know what the cause is. I also wish the map that came with the product had a little more information on famous places.

Don't buy this card - The information on their website is misleading. It says it works for any bus in Barcelona but it's not true. The card does not work on the yellow buses, so if you stay near the airport like I did this card will be useless for you.

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE - I purchased Hola Barcelona transit pass online a few days prior to my arrival in Barcelona. I picked up my card on day 1 of my 2 day layover. The card NEVER worked. I took the card back to the location I picked it up from. I was told I need a new card. I was directed to go to a train station to speak to customer service from TMB. There was no one in the office. After 3 attempts to get this resolved I purchased a second card at the station. This 2 day Hola Barcelona transit pass cost me double the value. This was a very disappointing experience.

DO NOT BUY THIS ONLINE!! - Buy this card in person if possible. Unbelievably poor customer support. I mistakenly bought a 3 day Hola Barcelona card instead of a 4 day one for my 2 daughters (online on the official site on 19/04/24). I reached out to customer service and asked if I could get a refund. I received a response on 20/04/24 informing me it was perfectly alright to do so and was provided with a link to start a refund request. The refund form itself was ridiculous (asking for my passport number to get a refund is irrelevant. I was not the traveller). I bought the 4 day card which my daughters used as I waited for a refund for the 3 day card. 1 month later, I still do not have a refund and no communication from customer service except an initial automated message IN SPANISH (this was a tourist card?) 4 days after I emailed. Buy this card online at your own risk and pray you do not encounter any issues.

3 48h travel cards lost - Attention, attention, I paid for the purchase complete with receipt and bank transaction, they didn't recognize my payment because they say that the bank collected the almost 50 euros for 3 48-hour travelcards, I sent an email and didn't reply, I only received it in 1 year. replying by saying that in case the payment will be credited to my account but none of this happened on 7/5/2014. To date nothing 14/05/2024.... Don't buy online it's not worth it

Intransparant service provider - I bought a 3 day transport pass on december 23rd of last year for out visit end of april. Pass apparently expired after 90 days and i could purchase a new one. Never was this clearly stated during purchase process. No service, no return of purchase. Very intransparant
