- Please advise: there are around 400 stairs to go up to the tower, persons with reduced mobility can not access the tower
- Please note that to go up to the towers you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs
- The access to the tower subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
- Children under 6 years old are not allowed to access the Towers even accompanied by an adult. Please note children under 6 will remain downstairs with an adult
- Please note the towers may remain closed due to rain or wind
- The monument decides which Tower is open for tourists groups and which one remains closed and this may change depending on the day
- Please note that the Sagrada Familia Regulations state that children under the age of 11 years old will not get a receiver to listen to the guide. Amigo Tours manages the entry of each of our customers and this measure does not have to do with us.

- Keep in mind that there are queues to access Sagrada Familia due to security checks

An interesting tour. - A great visit with an excellent guide, Carlos, an amasing communicator! A man that knows a lot about Sagrada Família and Gaudi.

Amazing place - Sarah the tour guide was excellent. The place is absolutely amazing and well worth the visit. We had the tower included on purchase of the tickets but was refunded due to “logistical issues “. I asked what that meant but never received a proper answer. Bought the tower tickets separately while there. This was my only issue.

Beautiful space with a wonderful Guide! - Go with a Tour Guide! Our guide was very knowledgeable. About 15 people in our group. The place is packed with tourists (09:45 Tour), and she got us through with little hassle. Worth the money to have a Guide!

Positive experience - The guide Carlos was very helpful, prepared and nice. It is a place absolutely worth visiting, a must if you visit Barcelona.
We had bought a ticket including a visit to the towers but in reality it was not possible to use it and so we bought another ticket on site to climb the tower.
To date, I still don't understand why.
I hope the tour operator will refund the difference since the cost of the ticket was not exactly cheap (79 euros each).

Sagrada - The tour itself was great. The building is really impressive. Our guide could tell us a lot about it. Only the start I found a bit bumpy, starting in a souvenir shop

I do not recommend this store - If you are expecting, as the advertisement says, to have an English speaking tour, you will be disappointed. The store was conducted in both English and Spanish and the guide moves so quickly between the two languages. This was extremely disappointing.

You should not book any tour by this company - Insincere company which announced its failure to secure tickets to tower just two days before the tour due to they “had a problem with shopping platform”. The company has never explained the detail procedure to check the availability of the ticket to the towers other than recommending mentioning it to the tour guide without referring to the likelihood to buy the tickets to the towers.
They offered to reimburse the price of tower ticket, but they have not yet done so although it has been 4 working days after the announcement.
When we booked the tour, tickets were still available during the same slots, but it was fully booked when the company announced the above. Therefore, if you don’t need a guide for the visit to the Basilica and are just planning to buy the ticket to tour in the last minute with the official tickets being fully booked, you shouldn’t select any tour this company provide. The guided tour inside the basilica is only around 30 minutes, thus I am doubtful if it’s worth the price.
Besides, their response is very slow despite their negligence above and announcement in the last minute. Their first response was 23 hours after my inquiry sent immediately after their announcement, and the response just repeated same vague explanation (thus I had to repeat same questions to request specific explanation etc). Furthermore, in the middle of this chat on WhatsApp, they sent automatic messages on the tour (eg pick up location and time etc), which made me very frustrated. The company doesn’t take the problem seriously but just tried ignore trouble as much as possible through refund. The auto-sent messages must be pre-set so in the beginning, but the company should charge the setting especially after they failed to secure the tickets.
They have never apologized up until now. Despite these developments, the company requested to leave review a few times. Therefore, I decided to leave this frank review.
I sincerely hope no one will experience similar trouble with this company.
