Start your journey at Plaça Catalunya, where you will board a comfortable, air-conditioned bus to the Natural Park of the Mountain of Montserrat, located just an hour from Barcelona. Known for its unique gothic formations, stunning views, and trails, Montserrat is considered the most significant mountain in Catalonia.

Upon arrival, enjoy a guided tour that includes an extensive visit to the Basilica and Monastery, followed by free time to explore the site independently. There are numerous activities to choose from – you might want to see the Black Madonna, explore the Museum, visit the Holy Cave, take a funicular ride to the mountain’s summit, or shop at the farmer’s market. At the end of the visit, you will have the opportunity to attend a performance by l’Escolania de Montserrat, the oldest Boys’ Choir in Europe.

After visiting Montserrat, proceed to the Oller del Mas estate winery. Situated in a castle dating back to the 10th century, the winery boasts 1,500 acres of land and a public golf course. Head to the restaurant, where a multi-course meal with wine will be served.

Following your meal, enjoy a leisurely walk through the vineyards and take a guided tour of the cellar to learn about the estate’s wines, production process, and winemaking secrets.

Before returning to Barcelona, participate in a wine tasting session featuring three ecological wines. You will be returned to your original departure point at the end of the day.

Take in the panoramic views of the mountain scenery as you ride our air-conditioned bus and discover the history of its medieval monastery by the hand of our passionate guides. Then, enjoy free time to explore on your own.

You’ll continue towards a beautiful boutique winery, and you are in for a treat! The cellar also happens to be a 10th century castle owned by the same family for 36 generations with magnificent views of the mountain you just visited. Discover their revival of ancient local grape varieties, which provide a unique glimpse into the region’s rich heritage.

Savour traditional flavors with a light tapas brunch or enjoy a multi-course traditional lunch at the winery (depending on the option selected). After that, learn about the wine-making process, and enjoy a wine-tasting session before traveling back to Barcelona.

• Tours start at 8:30 a.m. Please arrive 20 minutes before the start time because check-in is required at our office before proceeding to the buses area.
• Groups are limited to 20 people per guide, though in rare cases may increase to 22. Transportation is shared with other groups.

• Comfortable clothes and walking shoes are recommended. Montserrat and the winery may have more extreme temperatures than Barcelona—check the forecast and dress accordingly. Bring water, especially in summer.
• The tour is not wheelchair accessible, but service animals are allowed. For reduced mobility, contact us before booking to discuss arrangements.
• Infants (3 years or younger) join free of charge but are not provided with car seats or meals.
• Dietary restrictions or allergies are accommodated without advance notice.
• We often work with boutique, family-owned wineries. Due to logistics, the winery may vary from Oller del Mas.
• Tour timings are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. We recommend avoiding scheduling other activities immediately after the tour to allow for potential delays.
