- Port Vell (Old Port) - We depart for Montserrat at 8:30 am, passing through the old port of Barcelona and by the Columbus Statue at the end of the Ramblas.
- Montjuic - As we leave the city, you’ll see Montjuïc, home to the Olympic Stadium and known as Barcelona’s lungs. Your guide will share the history of this famous hill as you drive by.
- Montserrat - Less than an hour after departing Barcelona, you’ll witness the breathtaking Montserrat Mountain. This geological marvel dominates the landscape and is home to the renowned Montserrat Monastery.
- Abadia de Montserrat - Our destination is the world-famous monastery atop Montserrat, where you can visit the basilica and see the Black Madonna. Tickets can be purchased separately at our office before the tour. You’ll also have time to explore the scenic mountain paths, take the funicular to a stunning viewpoint, or follow your guide to the Cross of St. Miquel lookout. Montserrat is one of Catalunya’s most iconic attractions and never disappoints.
- Black Madonna at Montserrat - Your morning visit to Montserrat includes time to see the famous Black Madonna. The walking tour in Montserrat concludes around 10:30 am, and we recommend buying tickets for the Black Madonna at or close to 12:00 pm. The Boy’s Choir performs at 1:00 pm. We will leave Montserrat after the Boy’s Choir performance, giving you time to enjoy both activities or choose one as you prefer.
- Escolania de Montserrat - Before departing Montserrat, you’ll have the chance to hear the world-renowned La Escolania Boys Choir, the oldest boy’s choir in Europe. Tickets for this must be purchased separately before the tour begins. The Boy’s Choir performs at 1:00 pm, so consider buying a joint ticket if you wish to see both the Choir and the Black Madonna. We will leave Montserrat after the Boy’s Choir performance, allowing you time for both activities or just one, depending on your preference.
- Basilica de la Sagrada Familia - On this tour, you have the option to buy skip-the-line tickets to the Sagrada Familia if available. Please note this is an audio tour, not a guided visit. Tickets for the Sagrada Familia are notoriously hard to get, so this is a great option for anyone not wanting to miss one of Barcelona’s most iconic landmarks.
