Montserrat - First the attention of driver Juan. Pro, very cooperative. The Guide is very good to ask you questions and answers the best way. Very Pro and with total data of what you are seeing. We were very pleased and highly recommended. Don't even think about it. The last picture is Guide that we don't remember the name her.

A very informative and enjoyable half day trip out of Barcelona - Very effective visit of Monserrat. The guide was very effective and informative. She explained to us the history of the place, and made sure we visited the most important spots We get to spend just enough time to visit the most important things, and walk around by ourselves. It is a nice day out of Barcelona, with a 4h30 total turnaround time. after napping on the ride back we arrived back relaxed and ready to keep enjoying the city for the rest of the night. A very effective and enjoyable trip

Nice. But this afternoon tour runs on a VERY TIGHT schedule! - It was a good tour considering everything is arranged for you that’s why I’m giving it a five star. The only downside was there was a lot of us in the tour that the group had to split it into two to accommodate riding the cable car. Tour was informative. This tour runs on a VERY TIGHT schedule so roaming around or free time is never part of it. Tour guide states there is free time but actually there is none. The tour duration encompasses travel time by bus. It’s the guide’s responsibility to explain in Spanish and in English so the delivery of information got too long. Beware also that cable car is booked to go up ONLY not come down. Bus takes the group from the Abbey back to Barcelona.

Barely had time in Montserrat - A great experience for my children (teens) to see the Black Madonna up close and the beautiful monastery. However, there was little time to do anything else since we ended up lining up for an hour. Would have been better if the operator added an hour or two to this tour. Or maybe charge half the price since you only see half of Montserrat……

Tour not long enough to be enjoyable - The unusual mountain structures of Montserrat are really beautiful. There is a real sense of the power and majesty of nature. However the time allowed for this tour is inadequate. Just over an hour of free time wasn’t enough to walk up to the peak with the cross. I wanted to visit the art museum but it closed just as I got there. I felt the whole thing was really rushed and almost a waste of time as I didn’t get to appreciate very much of it. The cafes charge exorbitant prices for really basic food and drinks. Not one of my favorite tours, just not long enough.

Short time in Montserrat, not worth taking the tour - Not worth it, let alone go in the afternoon. The entrance does include the museum but it was closed and does not even give time to see the audiovisual space. We stayed in Montserrat for an hour, practically arrived we saw the virgin and left. Don't take it.
