Stunning! - Monserrat was beautiful. The views were amazing. Our tour guide Yuri was very knowledgeable and funny! My only complaint is I wish we had more time to explore.

Montserrat is a must see - Montserrat really beautiful place I only hope we had more time. The tour was a little confusing as there are two tour in one. So let me break it down. For those who book the all inclusive, it would be the train/basilica aka black Mona, then museum, then video and liquor tasting. As for those who didn't order the inclusive you will be drop off the parking lot at the top of Montserrat and you will have free time and you can order what you want to do. If you want to ride the train that is okay; you just need to order it when you get there. Overall a 4.5, if there was a better descriptions of the entail in the two group it would of been a 5 out of 5. But no worry this review should cover that. I honestly think it is a must see.

do not recommend, need better tour guides! - we had a very unhelpful tour guide, demonstrating hesitancy to answer questions from people in our group at times even making facial expressions. we found this to be very inconsiderate, highly unprofessional and not attentive to our groups needs.

Worst guide in amigo - Was on meeting site 20min early, guide didn't have any sign or pamphlet so had to ask other people about the trip. Not just us but other people as well, had trouble finding the guide in the morning When arrived to montserrat, we bought both return ticket for the train, later finding out tat only one way ticket was needed. Having ask why, guide only said she already explained it on the bus. (Which we didn't hear and wasn't also explained in the ticket purchase booth) So basically we just wasted money for nothing. The explanation in the bus is barely audible and guide is not keeping track of the group, almost leaving us in the montserrat train station. I had other two other guide in amigo tour for the market and gothic tour (one guy, and one older lady) and had fantastic time with superb energy, very professional. but this young lady guide seems very passive and lacking the vibe. Would be better if we could choose to rate the guide as well

Terrible - Terrible Was told it would be small group, end up on huge bus, tour lady of rude and obnoxious Repeated everything too many times like we understood you first 9 times you don’t have say it again all within 10 minutes You get tickets for the activities but no way is there enough time you would need another hour to not feel rushed
