- Abadia de Montserrat - Enjoy a guided tour in Montserrat and visit all the highlights of the monastery by the hand of your local tour guide. You will then enjoy some free time to a palate some traditional foods made by Montserrat monks or farmers, as well as soaking in this special place where nature, culture and spirituality meet. Meet your tour guide again to get on board for the second part of the tour. Oller del Mas cellar awaits!
- Oller del Mas - Oller del Mas is not a common winery – its superb ecological wines have earned plenty of awards in the recent years. In fact, one of its wines won the “Best Wine in Catalonia” award in 2018. But the cellar is not only special for its wines. You will take a stroll by the vineyards, learn how the wine is made, and discover all of its secrets. *We work daily with different low-production, family-owned boutique wineries. Due to logistic reasons, you might visit another cellar instead of Oller del Mas.

- Departure time will be 9:45 A.M Please arrive at the meeting point 9:25 A.M, 20 min before the start of the tour
- There is a limit of 20 people per guide, although transportation will be shared with other groups.
- Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended as there is some walking involved.
- Temperatures in Montserrat and the winery tend to be more extreme than in Barcelona. Please check the weather forecast the day before and dress accordingly. We advise bringing water, especially in the summer season.
- Infants aged 3 or less may join the tour free of charge, but note that no car seat or meals are provided.
- If you have reduced mobility, please contact us before booking. We do our best to welcome everyone on board!
- We cater for any dietary allergies or restrictions – no need to warn us beforehand.

Great day trip - We really enjoyed this tour. Not only learning about Montserrat and wines we tasted but also learned overall history of the region. Wine tasting was enjoyable but felt a bit rushed though. Overall, great tour, thank you Javi! Reccommend!

5/5 Montserrat, Gourmet Wine Tasting Tour - Great, knowledgeable and fun tour guides. Well planned itinerary. If I booked again, I would skip the lunch option at the winery… it was mediocre. Also, poor instructions on the meeting point for the tour. But the overall experience was 5/5.

Great day - This was something we really wanted to do. We wanted to see the mountains and the monastery. Montserrat was a fabulous tour our guide Bel was the best - She was fun she was informative. She took us onto the wine tasting, which was a dinner and a beautiful place and lots of wine and we highly recommend it.

Best day outside of Barcelona - Our guide, Vince, made the tour of Montserrat and the winery even better than I expected! Vince had great knowledge of the monastery and his passion for the people and history of Catalonia broadened my understanding of the region. The lunch and wine tasting portion of the tour exceeded expectations-delicious food, fantastic wines, and Vince’s sommelier experience made for a fabulous experience. I highly recommend this tour!

A beautiful day of nature, faith, wine and food - Montserrat is a place of such beauty. We loved the train ride up and the walk to the cross. The views were outstanding. The highlight was certainly the lunch and wine tasting at Oller dei Mas. After the tasting, we had the opportunity to try more wines at the wine bar. Our guide, Dani, was great, super knowledgeable.

Best Tour From Barcelona - FANTASTIC, full day or history, fun, touring, tapas and wine. Thais is an amazing tour guide. Thais created an atmosphere for the perfect day. Just enough history and humor to fill our day with knowledge and fun. There was plenty of time for touring Monserrat on our own and enjoying wine at the wine bar. Thais made sure to suggest just the right places to sit for the perfect view and was spot on with timing every step of our day. Monserrat is a must see if you’re visiting Barcelona. The bus was comfortable and a quick ride to Monserrat. The CogWheel train views were we stunning and a must see. If you can hike the 20 minutes to the cross, please do so. The views are spectacular. Comfortable tennis shoes or hiking shoes as there is an incline. The chocolate made with olive oil is a must along with the cheese tasting and honey under the white tents. I promise you will not be disappointed.

A day away from the city - I would not recommend the trip just to see Montserrat - as it was a Sunday it was not possible to go through the chapel and it was very awkward to stand in the back with the service still going on. Also very crowded. Perhaps make sure you do not go on a day with services. The winery was beautiful but the lunch less than remarkable.
