Intertwined with the history of Spain in general - Vincent was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He has a lot of insight from living in the region his whole life. Worthwhile.

Great experience. - It is a beautiful tour, wounderful places, full of energy and peace. Our guide, Liana, was very nice, gentle, gave us lots of information not only about Montserrat, but also about the significance of some numbers in our life. I loved all the explanation she gave us. The guide at the vyneard, Roger, showed a passion for what he does. He was also very nice and gentle with everybody.

Monserrat in One Word = Majestic - A full day exploring not only the majestic Montserrat Monastery but a family owned organic winery with outstanding views of the Montserrat mountains. Matt, our guide, was engaging, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with decisions about how to make the most of our time at the Monastery. A funicular ride & short walk (albeit some uphill) to the cave with a replica of the Black Madonna was perfect. With local farmers at the monastery, try the Mato cheese with local honey - delicious. Lots to do at the Monastery but if you wish to hear the Boy's Choir or view the Madonna in the Basilica up close these timed tickets are not included with this tour. Check the monastery's website as soon as you arrive at the site to purchase.

A perfect day! - Our tour with Matt was fantastic and we had perfect weather to take in the views, history, and importance of Montserrat’s iconic monastery in a small group of eight people. Matt did an excellent job making the group feel like friends and family, taking pictures on request, answering questions, and providing recommendations for how best o maximize our free time at Montserrat. We ended the day at the expansive, picturesque Llopart Winery with views of Montserrat in the distance, where we learned about the relatively new Corpinnat sparkling wines category with strict quality standards to ensure quality and sustainability. Shout out to Martin of Llopart, who wore a huge smile for the duration of the tasting and offered a tremendous amount of insight into sparkling wine and the operations at Llopart before leading us through a tasting in their gorgeous cellar. Could not have asked for a better experience or a nicer day!

The pick up was precise, Xavi, our guide had very many interesting stories qbout the city and the monastery - so interesting! The stop at the Llopard winery was just as perfect - one of the best tours/tastings we have ever been on. A warm recomebdation!

A lovely day out. - We booked this trip via the Get Your Guide app. It wasn't as fully advertised (no lunch included) but that was no fault of our guide Dulcie. Monserrat is a fabulous place to visit and a trip up the funicular to get a proper look at the mountain is highly recommended. The tour of Llopart vineyard was exceptional and by far the most informative wine tour I've had. The guide was entertaining and had a real passion for the product. Even though I don't like fizzy wine, I still drank the samples and agreed it was lovely!

Great trip, great guide - We have been on many winery tours with tastings, and our trip to Llopart was probably the best we have ever done. The Montserrat part of the trip was great, too. Our guide Dulce explained everything, gave us good suggestions, and lots of free time. It was a very long day, but not exhausting, because it was well-paced. Dulce was very professional: she emailed us the day before with pickup time AND her phone number, then again in the am when she was getting close. If only all tour operators would do this!!!! Thank you, Dulce, for a stress-free day!
