• Barcelona - Departure from Barcelona is scheduled for either 8 am or 4 pm. The van journey will take under an hour.

• Parque Natural de Sant Llorenc del Munt i l’Obac - Arrival at the nature park will be before 9 am for the morning trip and before 5 pm for the afternoon trip. The park is situated at an elevation of 870 meters (2854 feet).

• Montcau - The tour concludes with a climb to the summit of Montcau, which stands at 1056 meters (3464 feet). The panoramic views from this rocky mountain are stunning. On clear days, Montserrat, the Pyrenees, Montseny, and more can be seen.

• Barcelona - The route will conclude around 11:30 am, with a return to Barcelona by 12:30 pm. For the afternoon trip, the return will be at 7:30 pm, arriving back in Barcelona by 8:30 pm.

Marvel at the views of nearby mountains like Montserrat and even the distant Pyrenees. Discover unique rock formations along the way. The hike covers a total of 5km (3.10 miles) with an elevation gain of 250 meters (820 feet).
The excursion takes place in the Natural Park of Sant Llorenç del Munt i l’Obac, the first of its kind in Catalonia. The altitude will consistently be around 1000 meters / 3280 feet.
Most of the tour will traverse forest paths lined with trees and stones, with some sections on paved paths.
This tour is not suitable for individuals with walking difficulties.
