Collaborate to prepare the paella, stirring the ingredients in the paella pan over the flames. As the dish cooks, we’ll also teach you how to make pan con tomate, along with other local tapas like padrón peppers and patatas bravas, and the South American drink clericot, a type of sangria, using a family recipe from Victor’s mother.
