Gorgeous Park with Great History - This was a great abbreviated tour of the Parc. I highly recommend, especially if you have time to explore after the tour as the guide gave great recommendations for navigating the parc.

Fun and Informative Hour at Park Guell - Tour guide took a group of us around Park Guell at a wonderful pace so we could see a lot of the Gaudi influences and architecture in the park. He interacted with all the group and gave great advice on where to take pictures and took pictures of us as well.

Don’t miss this park.... - Don’t miss this park. It’s iconic to Barcelona and worth visiting. Great views and easy to walk back down to town (will take about 40mins) when you have finished touring the park.

Worth the Visit! - Absolutely worth visiting. You could do it without a tour but it might be worth booking the tour of the Gaudi House in advance. Great views of Barcelona.

PARK OK, CROWN TOURS NICHT NOCH MAL - On the day of our visit there was a marathon, closures everywhere. No info from Crown Tours, only after the tour. We announced our delay via WhatsApp, they promised to wait a few minutes. We were FOUR minutes late, our Grupoe was gone, were rebooked but should pay the full price again. Guide Sara very competent! But otherwise rip-off, not customer-oriented

Book early & directly via the Park to avoid this tour operator - We booked a Park Guell tour via Crown Tours since the tickets sold directly by the Park were sold out. We arrived 3 minutes late, at 3:28, for a tour scheduled for 3:25. We were informed we were too late and had missed our tour, but we could wait outside the gates (with our infant child) and see if there was space in the next tour a half hour later. We waited the half hour and then joined an Italian group (no more English tour groups available for that day) and were held at the gate while the Crown Tour guide chatted with the Park gate agents. We ultimately entered the park at 4:03 - three minutes late for the 4:00 tour - which was the exact same amount of time we were told was excessively tardy that it prohibited us from joining the English speaking tour we had paid for. We did get into the park but the Crown tour guide told us to go off on our own, so we did not get a guided tour in our language and instead walked around ourselves. The Crown tour folks would not allow us to catch up to the English speaking group.

Bad experience - I point out the critical points found: 1) it was not clear at the time of purchase that you were buying a group ticket and therefore it would not be possible to enter the park even individually and only in the entrance indicated in the ticket; moreover, the ticket you buy is not the ticket that allows you to enter, but only the reservation, the tickets remain in the possession of the tour operators 2) the meeting point indicated on the ticket is not easy to find (the link on the voucher is not a link) and is not the entrance to which Google Maps leads you if you search for "parc guell"; also, if you wrong entrance you can not enter from the other entrances and reach the group, but you have to get back on the main road and go back up to the correct entrance (15/20 minutes) 3) arrived 30 minutes earlier at the wrong entrance, it was not possible to call but only write to the number that sends reminders and no further contacts were available on the internet 4) arrived at the correct entrance 10 minutes later than the start of the tour, we were proposed to participate in the next hour group only if other people canceled and asking for an extra 15€ payment if a person arrives late in fact it is not possible to enter individually and reach the group for the reasons referred to in point 1 Thank goodness at least the guide was competent or 42€ would have been really badly spent.

Take a taxi or miss your tour !!! - The only way to access the meeting spot is via taxi if you try to take metro and walk up all you will do is get in a days exercise going up many many many many stairs. 38 flights of stairs . And you'll be turned away at every entrance spot bc you can't get to the meeting spot on foot from the metro. Trust me ! This should be explained in the information ahead of time to the customers . $85 wasted on nothing bc we were lost for 90 min on the hiking trails .

WASTED MONEY - Good morning, we went to Parc Guel. We had booked CROWN TOUR for 9:25. We had a series of contingencies including metro no longer arriving and a man who sent us to wait at the entrance residents. We arrived unfortunately fifteen minutes late, THEY DID NOT LET US IN ANY WAY. 150€ WASTED and money doesn't grow on trees we have to earn it. We certainly did not want the group to stop for us or wait for us, we never asked for that, we just wanted someone to accompany us to our group, already entered, that’s all. So we rightly missed the first part of the tour because of delay but at least we could continue to see the park, without harming anyone in our group. NO, THERE WAS NO VERSE. They told us that we could not enter and that the only one was to wait to see if maybe in the following groups someone did not show up. MORAL: only 3 of us manage to get into the park, but here comes the beauty, THEY ASK US ANOTHER 15€ EACH FOR THE TIME CHANGE. BOOM ANOTHER 45€ IN THEIR POCKETS. In addition, in the end we discover that we had taken the place of 3 guys who unfortunately had an inconvenience as we had. SO, as for the 6 seats in our first tour, they took 25€ for 6 more, then with our 3 entrances they made another 45€ extra, in addition to the 150€ that were held without then trying to help us find a solution to get into the park. In conclusion: THEY'RE TRYING TO STEAL MONEY FROM YOU IN ANY WAY THEY CAN. The inconvenience happens and I think you have to try to help and meet the customer who is only 1 weekend in Barcelona and who had already paid to enter the park. PS. AFTER THE EXPECTED TIME, THE 150€ STOLEN AND THE 15€ FOR 3 MORE REQUIRED TO ENTER, THEY DID NOT EVEN GIVE US THE GADGET AND THE AUDIO GUIDE AS TO ALL THE OTHER PARTICIPANTS. BAD EXPERIENCE, JUST A LOSS OF MONEY, DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE AN INCONVENIENCE CAN HAPPEN TO EVERYONE.
