Julie from CityWonders Rocks! - We had Julie from CityWonders and she was a fantastic guide! She is very well versed in the area, the history, and is extremely fluent in English. She brought her own little scrap book with pictures of people she would refer to. 10/10

Amazing experience - My guide was Julie, it was a short 1 hour tour, but it was really very nice. Julie was funny and she for sure knew how to tell stories in interesting way. I really loved the experience.

Perfect amount of time - It was the perfect length of tour! Our guide was very informative and we saw things and were told things we weren't in our 2 hour tour in July. Plus it was ALL in English instead of the longer one that switched back and forth with English and Spanish.

Whimsical Failed Development by artist Gaudi in Barcelona - We loved our funny and knowledgeable guide Miguel. This was like a real life and long lasting Disney. It was so funny imagining I bought a house in this development and could go in the gingerbread house and play Rapunzel with no line and for free!!

Poor service - The tour operator was unresponsive to my request for help prior to arriving at the tour location.
My ticket for the tour wouldn’t give me admission. It only worked with the guide so I couldn’t catch up with them once the traffic cleared.
There was time to be responsive to my questions to guide me. Instead I stuck at a park gate looking for a taxi to go back where I came from.
Customer care and operator numbers aren’t on WhatsApp. Note that as for tourists this causes long distance calls and texts.
Just not a company good to deal with

Worst experience due to Viator - This is a scam. We could not even enter the park as the guide did not wait and left before time. viator did not even help in any way in getting the entry tickets also.
