Park Guell - Our tour guide was excellent! We had 4 teenagers and he kept them engaged the entire time. I wish we would have had him also for our Sagrada Familia tour. I feel bad I don't remember his name - but highly recommend.

Lots of historical information. Gaudi only designed two houses in the park. - Very informative, fun, enthusiastic, our tour guide was Oliver. We learned that there is only one human statue throughout the entire park.

Park Guell is beautiful - Oliver was a great guide who shared the history and details of the park. The park is beautiful and so interesting! I only wish we would have spent more time inside the park and a few more minutes for more pictures. But overall would highly recommend.

Oliver is the best - Oliver was awesome! So nice and helpful in explaining the history. Helped to find the shade for us which was very helpful and always made sure everyone was doing ok with the heat

Book directly through Julia Travel not Viator/Trip Advisor - TTDR: If you want to do this guided tour I would advise booking through Julia Travel directly for better prices and less confusion. Our tour guide and the Park Guell itself were both great however we nearly weren't able to use our tickets due to a misunderstanding at the meet up location (Gaudi Experience) which is run by a seperate company. We purchased x2 tickets through Trip Advisor/Viator for 1pm Sunday 21st July which cost £24pp. We arrived at the correct location 15+ mins early and spoke to a member of staff at the front desk who issued us x2 printed tickets and asked us to wait in the corner until 1pm for the rest of the group. Unknown to us at the time, the member of staff we had spoken to had made a mistake and had directed us to the wrong area as he thought we were there for thier 4D Gaudi Experience film. By the time we realised there had been a mistake it was too late for us to join the rest of our tour group as they were already inside the park. We then had to go the Julia Travel office (40 min walk/30 min metro away) to hopefully get a new time slot. Luckily they were able to squeeze us into the 11am guided tour the following day Monday 22nd before our flight home, but it meant we had to change around our plans for both the Sunday and Monday which was quite an inconvenience. I also realised at this point that the guided tour only costs €15pp when booked directly through Julia Travel, so about £20 less in total than what we had paid. The person we spoke to at Julia Travel explained to us we needed to get our tickets issued by a Julia Travel rep who will be inside the Gaudi Experience (this is not mentioned at all on Viator - it simply says 'present at redeem point to recieve entry ticket' - and it is not clear when you arrive at the Gaudi Experience building where to go). All in all the staff at both Julia Travel and Gaudi Experience were helpful in trying to rectify the situation and it was an honest mistake by the Gaudi Experience memeber of staff, but if we were not flexible in being able to move our schedule we likely would have lost that money without getting to see Park Guell. We could have saved ourselves time and money by booking directly through Julia Travel. Viator should make the instructions much more clear so that this doesn't happen in future. Additionally Julia Travel should have a more obvious sign for the guided tour at the front of the shop directing people to the correct area.
