Our tour guide was very... - Our tour guide was very accommodating and knowledgable and gave us plenty of time to take pictures and explore the place ourselves!

Great Afternoon at Park Guell - We had a lovely tour with our guide Ina (or Aina?). She was fun and very knowledgeable. Really enjoyed seeing Gaudi's other major creation in Barcelona. So unique and glad we took time on our first afternoon in the city to spend there. Got great photos and lots of wonderful information about Antoni Gaudi and the history of Barcelona and his contributions to it. Hope to be back one day.

Excellent experience in Parque Güell - Raul was an excellent tour guide for exploring Parque Güell. He was passionate about his personal connections to the park, informative and welcoming of questions. His knowledge of the history of the park was excellent.

Fun visit of Patl Güell with Albert - Albert was a great guide! Knowledgeable, friendly and we could understand his English very well. Book your park tickets early… it sells out.

Book ahead! - Make sure you buy tickets far an advance, we came without understanding tickets were required. The worg Park did not tell me it has a paid entry that sells out! We had a look from the outside. Amazing, wish we could have entered. All the next 5 days are sold out!

Magically fun - It is a magical park, our tour guide was to the point and fun. I do not like when tours are too long, this lasted approximately an hour and then we were free to roam the park.

Horrible experience with tour company at Park Guell - Horrible experience with tour company, 4UBarcelona. After arriving 12 minutes late due to bad traffic, we tried to call the tour company to see what we could do. After 2 calls with no answer, we received a text saying that we were out of luck and that all had been forfeited with no refund. They would not speak to us.
While I would not expect them to wait for us, I would expect some sort of help, like sending just the entrance tickets or giving us some sort of chance to reschedule.
Based on this experience I would not use 4UBarcelona for this tour or any others. Rather than help their customers they are very quick to drop you and keep your money, without help of any sort.
