Nice quiet street in the gothic quarter and great museum experience. - Meeting was very easy outside the museum but slightly down the street. Tour was very informative by a real artist herself. The ear pieces and remote worked well throughout the tour. Would highly recommend this tour.

Picasso Tour - Paloma was excellent and very well versed in art. Enjoyed talking with her about Picasso and other artists. She was very kind and walked us to an area to get a taxi. Wonderful tour!

Worth the visit - We enjoyed the guide who made the experience an interactive one. Upon checking in, initially it wasn't easy to locate where or with whom we needed to check in. The museum.is lovely and it was great to see the various iterations of Picasso work.

Not as promised - The museum and exhibits were very interesting, however the tour was not as promised on the Viator website. Headsets were not included, as noted on website. And, when questioned, the tour guide, said she didn't know anything about headsets for the tour. Unfortunately, my mother was not able to hear what she was saying.

Fake tour - We hustled to arrive on time for this 9am tour, only to find no group at the assigned meeting point. I messaged the tour operator 3 times, no answer. The operator responded to me the next day that the tour we purchased actually did not exist and they had no intention of doing it. So - we paid in advance, rushed to arrive on time, received no response from the operator only to learn the next day that this never really existed. This is a fraudulent operation - do not book with them.
