Nice experience - Easy to buy online. Easy to get to Estación del Nord. Recommend to add additional details about location of Julia Travel inside the station. Bus was clean, good air conditioning and punctually. Convenient when compare with other options to get to the park. Park is great for the price!

Very misleading... - The description of this trip on the Viator site is very misleading and inaccurate. It says "guaranteed to skip the line" however this does not mean skip the lines in the park! that's an additional 100 euro and you will definitely need it as the queue for all rides is enormous! They let far too many people in and if you don't buy the express pass you can wait to hours for 1 ride and when you are at the park just for a few hours it's really disappointing.

Coach very late - The bus on the way home was very late, leaving everyone stranded waiting in the hot sun. Children crying and distressed. Not pleased

Bus was late on away back with not enough space for all passengers - We got the bus trip to portaventura with park tickets included. The journey on the way out fine, we left and got there on time, but we were asked to be in the parking lot for at least 18.25 as the bus was due to leave at 18.30. The bus wasn’t there when we got out. It turned up an hour later. In this time frame I rang Julia travel twice to explain the bus wasn’t there and they were adamant that it would be in the car park and that I should look again. When the bus did turn up it was smaller than the original bus we got on and there wasn’t enough seats for everyone. There were at least 5 people who couldn’t get on the bus. We then had a further delay as the bus driver had to ring the main office and then we had to wait for a taxi to turn up to take the people who couldn’t fit on the bus. Then because we’d all been waiting in the car park for longer than we’d planned for a lady asked the bus driver after we set off if there was any way he could stop at some point for her daughter to go to the toilet. He did eventually stop but he was very rude to her. In addition, the gaps between seats are too small. I’m only 5 foot 7 and my knees were rammed into the seat in front of me the whole way. Despite the bus being so late we didn’t receive any apology or compensation from Julia travel. Overall I wouldn’t recommend going to portaventura via Julia travel.

Unreliable service - The outward leg had no problem. The tragic return! The bus did not arrive causing enormous inconvenience. A lot of wasted time.

The bus hasn't arrived - He left us on foot, he is already 45 minutes late, you can not tolerate something like this when a person has other activities booked

Disillusioned - Having paid for the skip the queue entry in advance with Viator on arrival at the pickup point in Barcelona I was not issued with the pass just the entry paperwork and subsequently finished up paying again for the skip the queue option. I would not book or recommend Viator as company to this venue as it was very expensive for myself and stressful to the child who felt disillusioned with the whole entry procedure

Ruined trip to port aventura - Terrible service. Bus departure is late, rude attitude. we were told to come to the bus station at 8:45 in the morning, as a result the bus was late and we left only at 9:20. (at this time I could at least have breakfast) there was no warning about delays. The return journey also spoiled the mood; we were told to be there at 6:20, since departure was at 6:30 pm. the driver came exactly at 6:30 and said to wait another 10-20 minutes. people gathered at the appointed time, that is, at 6:20, who will pay for the time wasted? I do not recommend JULIA 90anys to anyone. I'm upset and angry. ruined my trip!

Waste of time! - Park was good, the package included Ferrari Land, which we later found out that it starts at 5pm and the trip started at 9am. The pick up bus was supposed to leave at 6:30 so we barely had time to enjoy Ferrari Land! Moreover, the bus arrived one hour late to pick us up without an apology

Reckless approach of an agency - The bus was supposed to pick us up at 18:30 and it did not come!!!! No answer from the agency, no message. We were waiting at the car park for hours, including other families with children. We will definitely make a complaint and claim our money back for such inadequate service ! Shame on you Julia travel, you are not professionals.
