OVERVIEW
Following an approximately two-hour drive in an air-conditioned Minivan, we’ll reach the delightful village of Queralbs, the entrance to Vall del Freser, nestled in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees.
Our hike will take us along the ‘Gorgues del Freser” path, situated in the environmentally protected area of the Capçaleres del Ter i el Freser Natural Park.
We’ll wander through exceptional locations like the breathtaking “Salt del Grill” waterfall and get to savor the splendid views of the valley.
During our journey, you’ll learn about the unique species of plants and animals that inhabit the Pyrenees and if fortune favors us, we might spot some wild animals in their natural setting. On warmer days, you’ll have the chance to cool off in the natural river pools we’ll encounter on our route.
