Great Tour - This was our first time in Spain. It was a great experience. The tour was informative and just right as far as time.

Beautiful Sagrada - The tour was just the right length of time to see the highlights of beautiful Sagrada Familia. Our guide was informative, sometimes a bit difficult to understand but overall knowledgeable.

Just okay - The tour guide was okay. Nothing special. The Sagrada Familia tour was very very long. For fast passes, it took a long time to get going.

Meh - I would do this just for the fast track aspect of getting into the Segrada. Our tour guide was very sterile and abrupt. He gave us a rundown of the history of the church but honestly I saw more on my own.

Biggest and most expensive scam of my entire life - You guys ruined my once in a life time Barcelona trip. This has never happened in my entire life and I wish this upon nobody as exited as we were to visit Barcelona and the sagrada familia.. which was our main excitement and attraction we wanted to see. We arrived at 11.30/11.45 at the travel agency and the lady told me that there was there was a problem in the system and since they never got a response they gave it to someone else! I told them it wasn’t a last minute reservation because I have had this booking number for a week and that is a lie that there was a problem or the system wouldn’t have given me a confirmation and reminded me the same day about my reservation! My phone worked perfect and I showed them all of my notifications I have received and nothing. This is what I call the biggest scam I have ever received.. if there really was a glitch why take my 143 euros without an immediate refund or a REAL PROFESSIONAL notice? Just like the lady told me they have already sold my tickets to someone else.. I hope you guys realize how wrong this was.. I paid TRIPLE the price for this entry.. Hard Rock Cafe was selling last minute tickets every morning and I even laughed thinking ours is going to be so much better since we reserved so long ago.. the lady tried rescheduling for the afternoon but our flight was at 4. I don’t understand why they couldn’t sell me someone else’s reservation just like they did to us! Not everyone needs an exact time and day but we did.. if we ever do make it back to Barcelona or any other city we will NEVER ever dare to buy anything from this website ever again in my life.. so unreliable, expensive and such a scam.. every other attraction we saw went perfectly! I don’t care who’s fault this is because both Viator and the agency both ruined our trip.. I don’t even care who’s system or glitch that was so wrong and messed up. It’s not the refund that bothers me but the waste of time that is un refundable. You will hear from all my family members that helped us getting this reservation as well because there are a lot of sad people from this. I will make sure everyone that I know that travels will know about what happened so they can pick better companies.

Horrible experience - This was the most horrible experience of our trip to Barcelona Due to Julia Travel. I would never recommend using this travel company. I had elderly parents with our family and could not find the travel office due to the crowds of people and getting my parents to the area. They left without us because we were 7 minutes late and would not accommodate or give us back one penny of the cost of the tour. They were so rude at the counter when we found the office. My parents will never be back due to their age and they took that away from them. Julia travel was extremely disappointing as was Viator. I would only buy directly from the church because they said that they would have taken us in. This was my first experience using each of these places. I would look for another alternative. We were on a tour the day before with another operator and they were fantastic and would highly recommend miles and miles.

Sagrada Tour - Our tour guide was horrible. She was completely disorganized, was not clear, the audio was not good despite changing out headphones. We paid a lot of money and were looking forward to an informative tour and it was not provided. We have had two other tours with Viator and the guides were great, we were very disappointed by this one.
