Highlights
  • Parc de Montjuic - Head to Montjuic Mountain for stunning city views. Your enthusiastic driver-guide will show you the Olympic facilities built for the 1992 Barcelona Games, including the Olympic Stadium and Palau Sant Jordi. Pass by the Miró Foundation and unwind in one of the hill’s beautiful gardens.
  • Las Ramblas - Continue your comfortable city tour towards Barcelona’s waterfront, passing iconic sights like the must-see Las Ramblas, the Boqueria Market, the Columbus Monument, the Museum of History of Catalonia, and the picturesque Old Port of Barcelona.
  • Gothic Quarter (Barri Gotic) - Proceed with a walking tour of Barcelona’s medieval Old Town. Stroll through the Gothic Quarter, where Barcelona’s history began. Learn about Catalan traditions and the city’s origins while exploring charming corners, scenic plazas, and narrow alleys.

Visit the Royal Square, one of the Old Town’s liveliest spots. Head to Plaça Sant Jaume to see the City Hall and discover the oldest, most hidden corner of the city center, dating back to Roman times.

Continue through a maze of winding streets to visit King’s Square (Placa del Rei) and the magnificent Barcelona Gothic Cathedral. Explore intimate squares that have shaped the city’s history and walk through the Jewish Quarters, one of the oldest and best-preserved areas of the city center.

  • Placa Reial - -
  • Barcelona Cathedral - -
  • Placa Sant Felip Neri - -
  • Passeig de Gracia - Return to the road and drive through the Eixample district, designed by Ildefons Cerdà after 1895 to expand the city. Pass along Passeig de Gràcia, known for its typical Catalan architecture. The avenue features the most notable façades of modernist buildings, including Gaudi’s La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, and Domènech’s Casa Lleó-Morera or Casa Ametller.
  • Basilica de la Sagrada Familia - Whether seen as the life project of a genius or a fool, the Sagrada Familia will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression. Experience an emotional moment admiring Gaudi’s masterpiece, considered Barcelona’s most iconic landmark.

Words cannot capture the feeling of entering this magnificent Modernist temple. The organic shapes throughout its structure, the light filtering through stained glass windows, and the symbolic nature of the sculpted façade will surely be the highlight of your tour.

  • Abadia de Montserrat - Hit the road and head to the mystical mountain of Montserrat.

This natural park, with its unique peaks, preserves the spiritual essence of Catalonia. For nearly 1,000 years, a Benedictine community has resided in these mountains, located 60 km from Barcelona.

Visit the Basilica of Montserrat, home to the serene image of the Black Virgin of Montserrat (the famous “Moreneta”), the patron saint of Catalonia, a polychrome Romanesque carving from the 12th century.

Along the way, hear fascinating stories about Catalonia and its connection to the holy mountain, a pilgrimage site since ancient times and part of the route to Santiago de Compostela. Your guide will provide essential information to help you understand the heritage you’ll discover during the tour.

  • Montserrat - Decide with your small group of 8 if you want to take a ride on the rack railway to the top of the holy mountain. Enjoy breathtaking views along the way.

Excellent tour! - Anatoli was an exceptional tour guide! We truly felt we saw the highlights of Barcelona as well as Montserrat. The timing of everything was optimized for the best experience. We were given adequate time to explore on our own, but we were held accountable for our time so that we were able to maximize and have the best tour experience. Everything culminated At the Segrada Familia. It was amazing and beautiful to behold from the outside. But in my opinion, inside was vastly more intricate and beautiful.

Excellent Custom Tour - Anatoli was an excellent tour guide. Not only was he informative, he welcomed questions that we had, and we asked a lot of questions! He really catered to the needs of the group. Even at certain stops he gave different options. If different people in the group wanted to try different things. He just gave us a Time that we needed to be back from doing various excursions and activities. This really made the trip feel very customized.
