Take a tour because it is very helpful. - Beautiful and very popular location to visit in Barcelona so it was very helpful to have a guide and someone to give an explanation of the building.

Not that what I expected - Our tour guide was amazing and I felt so bad for him as he was trying so hard to get things underway but the staff at Familia Sagrada didnt make it as pleasurable. First they had our group escorted out due to the fact that the count was not correct. After we were in, they threatened to not allow further touring until our someone from our group moved to another group. At that point I was so irritated that I volunteered to do the tour on my own with my daughter and friend. I had paid for the Tower access yet I had to wait until a later time when the tour guide was present to ascend to the tower. After seeing all I had to see without the tour guide I paid for, we left without going to the tower. It was very disappointing indeed. I also saw that the staff picked and chose when to enforce the dress code. They enforced it with someone showing her shoulders while someone dressed with spaghetti straps and wearing midriff tops were allowed in. Some of the staff was pleasant while others spoke so rudely to the paying guests. That was my first and last time attending a tour to familia sagrada.

Worst Tour ever - Absolutely the worst tour ever. Hard to understand guide, not very articulate and mumbled a lot. Only benefit was that you get to skip the line. You are way better off with avoiding this $$$$ tour and getting tickets with the audio guide on your own or hiring a private guide if you want to skip the long line to enter.
