Phenomenal Experience - This was an absolutely amazing experience!!! What a remarkably beautiful structure!!! We were in awe!!!! Our guide was phenomenal!! He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and answered any and all questions!! We would definitely recommend this tour to our family and friends!!

Great tour! - Our guide Victor was fantastic! While the group was quite large he handled it well and spoke very clearly and provided great information. The only difficulty was finding the meeting place. Look for the Sagrada Familia shop located very close to entrance Group A, look for guides with red small flags with white letters (our flag was 4U).

The Sangrada is exceptional - Experiencing the Sagrada was amazing! Our tour guide Victor was fabulous. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly which added to the experience. The Sagrada is spectacular and the details in the Cathedral is incredible and Victor pointed so many out to us.

Why should travel advisors even trust VIATOR? - The tour was fine- but you've sent this survey to the travel agent who booked it- And I am upset, because you raised the price of the tour - without notifying me in advance- and i only found out when i made the final payment before my clients left for Barcelona. How can I trust your company with raising prices and leaving me to explain that I have no idea why you did it- and I guess the "contract" we had with Viator to pay upon arrival or later than the day we reserved the space- was null. I wonder if you're paying commission on the first rate or the higher rate. And to confuse me with my clients- that leaves me with a distrustful feeling about using Viator again. I don't understand this mistake When I first booked this- I had a coupon from the Las Vegas show- good for bookings made within a certain period of time and I complained to the Viator rep that your company was not honoring what they had justt given out. I was told that it had been corrected and you were even extending the dates for use. The left hand at Viator doesn't know what the right hand is doing- and the rest of my Viking group on the prestay in Barcelona - I booked elsewhere - because I couldn't get correct pricing. But to raise a rate months after it was booked without even contacting ME - I should send a survey out to your headquarters on why should I book my clients with VIATOR. I will report this incident to higher ups - because if they continue to pay for space at a major convention and support the convention- but give out bogus promises about commissions and rates - the truth will be coming oui and why should agents deal with a company like that.

The best - Wonderful, breathtaking, a must do! My tour guide was spectacular informative, and friendly. Do it!!

Better Off with an Audio Guide - The tour began with my friend and I frantically circling the church 3 times trying to find the group while the guide called me and chastised us for not being able to find him - as I tried to explain I was lost, despite navigating to where we were instructed, he spoke over me and told me I was rude and had kept everyone waiting and then hung up on me. He refused to make eye contact with my friend or myself for the rest of the tour once we did find him. I found the facts that were shared to be somewhat basic and lacking in depth and would have preferred the official audio guide. I also did not love the restrictions that come with participating on a group tour. In addition, the audio devices used for tours were extremely hard to hear through and very distracting. The church itself is 100% worth seeing, but I would recommend going in without a group and purchasing an experience with the official audio guide.
