Incredible experience - The place is absolutely amazing! I would like to highlight the atmosphere, the staff, the amuse-bouches and of course the wine list. Everything is just a next-level experience. Absolutely a must-visit place if you are into wines and a good vibe.

Quality tasting - As withh all the other reviews, we had an excellent evening with Melissa for our private wine tasting. The venue, beautiful cellar style with great ambience. Generous glasses of wines, Cava, 2 reds and 2 white, or really good quality and traditional snacks. Melissa's passion and knowledge was what really made the tasting special . Highly recommended

Intimate hen do vermouth tasting - amazing afternoon - This was such a gem - a really beautiful place in an interesting area. The history of vermouth was fascinating, and we all enjoyed testing all the different varieties. Plus, great tapas too! Great value for money and a thoroughly enjoyable activity to do on a hen do. Was super appreciated by everyone and Melissa was amazing!

A little treasure in the streets of El Born - We visited Salut wine studio yesterday for a private wine tasting. My friends and I had the best time from the get go. A super relaxed session, delivered by the very passionate and knowledgeable Melissa. The wine was ever flowing and the nibbles were perfection (especially the marmalade and manchego). Loved how Melissa’s journey through local wines felt authentic but also uniquely curated for us - heavily dosing her choices with female winemakers. The value for money (£35 per head) makes the whole experience super accessible too - there’s literally no reason, not to make a reservation here. Would whole heartedly recommend a visit here - whether you’re looking for a social gathering, business event or just to pick up a well thought out bottle for dinner … Salut Wine Studio is where you need to go!

Introduction to Wine course - I had the pleasure to participate in the Introduction to Wine Course at Salut Studio. This course met one time a week for a month, and every week we covered a different topic. This was the first time I actually had someone walk me through how to identify the characteristics of good wine. If you're interested in wine and want to go more in-depth than you'd typically get from a tasting, sign up for this course! Melissa, the owner and teacher, was a wonderful host and made sure our group learned a lot and tried a wide variety of different wines. Thank you, Melissa!
