Great - This was a great company!! They were very flexible with our pick up time. I did not have cell service the day before we were supposed to be picked up from our port and our departure time had changed. I contacted the company a few hours before our pickup time to see if we could change to a later time and they changed the times no problem. The driver was very nice as well.

So-so - I had two separate drivers asking for my pick-up information, which was already provided upon booking.mi was confused especially when a driver was still looking for me after I was safely delivered to my destination. The price was much higher than taking the cruise bus and for the confusion, I'd have been best to take the cruise bus instead of a private transfer. Live and learn.

Driver was not there on time - The driver was not there- there was no signage. My husband even walked around asking if any drivers were from Viator. We waited till 8:10 and then had to take a taxi at our own expense- Your driver then called at 8:15 and said he was there- not true. Please refund our money. Thank you
