The tour kicks off at Ferrarese Square, near the archaeological Via Traiana, a remnant of the ancient Roman road constructed in the early 2nd century A.D., and continues to the Santa Scolastica Archaeological Museum.

Next, visit the Cathedral of Saint Sabinus, a stunning example of Romanesque Apulian architecture, which conceals an intriguing archaeological path in its underground sites known as Succorpo.

The tour concludes at the grand and solemn Basilica of Saint Nicholas, a symbol of the convergence of East and West, housing the relics of the Saint.

Depending on the museum’s opening hours and availability, two of the following archaeological sites will be included in the tour: Palazzo Simi, Swabian Castle, Basilica of Saint Nicholas with its precious Crypt, Cathedral Succorpo, and Saint Scolastica Museum.
