- Basilica San Nicola - During this stage of the tour we will visit the famous Basilica of San Nicola and taste the typical Bari focaccia in one of the oldest bakeries in the city. Focaccia from Bari is a typical Apulian dish, to be enjoyed hot and savored in every piece. The classic version is with cherry tomatoes and olives!
