• Bari - All passengers will be picked up from the meeting point and after approximately 1 hour of travel they will be dropped off in Alberobello
• Altamura - Once in Altamura, visitors will have free time to visit the beauties of the Murgia pearl with its wonderful Claustri, the cathedral and will be captivated by the smell of freshly baked bread from the numerous bakeries of the ancient medieval village
• Altamura - Visitors will be accompanied to the historic Di Gesu’ bakery, bakers for several generations and winner of numerous awards in the art of bread exporting it all over the world. The visit will include the tasting of the Altamura bread produced DOP, the focaccia and the nuns’ breasts, a typical Altamura sweet produced in ancient times by the nuns of the convent of Santa Chiara, and a drink each
• Altamura - visit to the historic “Dicecca” dairy where visitors will be able to personally experience the magnificent experience of producing the typical Apulian mozzarella by hand and many other dairy products which they will then taste at the end of the processing, accompanied by a drink
• Altamura - Once back at the meeting point, passengers will be taken to Matera with a transfer in approximately 30 minutes
• I Sassi di Matera - Once they arrive in Matera, visitors will be free to walk in the splendid setting of the famous stones which make it one of the oldest still inhabited cities in the world and will visit the typical and very ancient rural houses and then return to the meeting point.
• Matera - Once back at the meeting point, passengers will be taken back to Bari at Vento Viaggi
• Complesso Rupestre di San Giorgio al Paradiso - A unique and hidden place where it is possible to read the visual narration of the adaptations undergone in the millenary eras of the Rock civilization: from an ancient cave, shared by men and animals, the site is ennobled into a church and then became an oil mill; finally during the 17th century it was transformed into a cellar for the production and conservation of wine.
  An evocative route that enters the complex rainwater collection system, still intact, with channels dug into the rock and six wonderful cisterns, which can be explored on multiple levels, evidence of different historical phases.
  The presence of the magnificent statue of San Giorgio, an ancient sculpture of rare workmanship, carved in the hard mazzaro stone, restores the lost sacredness to the complex.
  The itinerary ends by arriving at ancient houses of which it is still possible to admire the original structure.
