Each Grand Cru - Moenchberg, Wiebelsberg, Kastelberg – is sold after a minimum of 3 years of bottle ageing. This allows the different elements of the wine to be harmonized. In other words, it is a refining process, like a cheese maker. -
Domaine Hering - The Hering family has been producing wine in Barr, the wine-growing capital of the Lower Rhine, since 1858. The vineyards are located in the commune of Barr, in the heart of the Vosges foothills. Covering more than 10 hectares, the vines are cultivated with respect for the environment, for the well-being of all.
Kirchberg de Barr was one of the 25 Grands Crus that now form part of the history of Alsatian terroir wines, along with 26 other Grands Crus. - Barr - We offer several options for lunch in the heart of the village of Barr.
- Domaine Hubert METZ - Domaine Céline METZ is the new generation and the continuation of Domaine Hubert METZ. As the 11th generation in the estate’s history, we are fortunate to be able to cultivate 10 hectares of vineyards, including 2 in the Winzenberg Grand Cru (granite), and to make wine in a family cellar dating back to 1728.
