Amaro Coelho, 47 - The surf lesson lasts 1h30min.\nFirstly, we will meet on the beach, where the necessary material for the activity will be distributed (board and wetsuit).\n\nThen we will stretch and talk a little about the theory of surfing and risk prevention. Then we will go to the practical part, still out of the water.\nWhen all students are ready and confident to get in the water, we’ll get down to business…surfing!\n\nAt the beginning of the class I will give those who need it a little push to get into the waves, so that everyone can make the most of the course. For those who are already more advanced and have it easier, I will give tips on slightly more advanced techniques. We will be in the water for around 1 hour, which is enough for those who are just starting out.\n\nWhen we get out of the water, we’ll do another short stretch and I’ll ask questions from anyone who wants to ask something.\n\nThe most important thing in surfing is not surfing well, but enjoying the moment and nature!

The surfing course consists of intimate class sizes, limited to a maximum of 5 individuals, contributing to a more enjoyable learning experience. Furthermore, each of our instructors is certified and highly experienced in surf teaching, thereby promoting a safer, more confident, and enjoyable experience. The equipment we provide is top-notch, and the locations selected by Sea Wolf Surf School are tailored to accommodate every student’s skill level.
